second time giving this place a chance. first time, they sent the wrong food, questioned me for 20 minutes about whether or not i was sure i received the wrong food, and eventually gave me a refund, so i let it go. this time, placed a pick up order & received this egg drop soup with mold in it. color, smell & consistency are off too. won’t be a third time.

The vegetable soup is good and eye like the chips! Great for vegans and vegetarians, but the owner comes off like he didn’t want us in the establishment though

I’ve had muuuuuch better Chinese food. I only go here when I don’t want to travel farther than a few minutes from the house but I get disappointed almost every time…just recently, the wontons in my soup could’ve been cooked more. They were a bit gummy and underdone. And they could work on their wait times. I was forced to wait for a single cup of soup to be bagged and handed to me, at the same time as someone else who ordered more platters of food. Why am I waiting so long for soup? I called ahead and everything!! And then for the wontons to be underdone on top of that…mad annoying.

If you have the extra minutes/gas to spare, just drive into Griffin or up Tara Blvd.

I can honestly say this is the worse Chinese food I ever ate, it tast nothing like Chinese food. I bought 4 meals and every could not finish their food due to how terribly the food taste. I was so ready to dig in due to the reviews but I don’t know what they ordered but it was more than disappointing. The service over the phone was excellent so I feel bad to write this review. There was nothing fried about the rice. How can Chinese chicken wings be that bad! I feel ripped off.

So lets start with the Pros: Convenient online ordering and the staff is friendly and attentive. Typically when you walk by, the place is empty. Wasnt sure if is this was because most people are ordering take out or the food wasnt the best. I typically take it as a sign of the latter, but decided to give it a try anyway. I did an online order and the food was ready when i got there, was still hot and neatly packed.

Cons: I ordered the General Tso’s Chicken and the House Lo Mein. The chicken had a decent flavor, but was hard. From either over cooking, or sitting too long. The white rice was perfectly cooked. The Lo Mein was a good portion, with big pieces of meat, and the noodles was cooked perfectly, but lacked flavor overall and was too dry. I also noticed there were upcharges for any extra sauces. I typically frown on this. While understanding there are business expenses, I also feel the business should eat some of the smaller expenses in the interest of customer service. Example, .50 cent for a extra packet of Duck Sauce or Soy Sauce I think is too much. And some of the other sauces sauces are more than that. Prices are a little lower than some of the other Chinese restaurants in the area, but that cancels out if there are upcharges for condiments.

Overall, food was lackluster at best.

I think this is plastic it appears to be covered in dirt idk. Please be careful when you cook people food. The fried rice is perfect we had the garlic chicken loved it. The veggie mei fun is great too. I had the pork mei fun didn’t like the pork. The customer service was great he was very efficient and helpful. I would like to try it again bc it’s only three minutes away, but they charge almost $5 for delivery even though we’re close by. The prices are really good.

I’m back everybody!

The food is 5.5/10 and service is 4/10. It’s not a lively Chinese restaurant but it gets the job done, and they tend tend give a lot of food.

Today is my third time here and I ordered the Spicy Singapore noodles and a lemonade. She didn’t specify that it was pink lemonade when I ordered.

I was given a pink lemonade which isn’t what I was expecting. No big deal. I asked if they had regular lemonade instead.. I was told, “It’s the same thing. The color is just different.” I repeated that I didn’t want it and she just stared at me. So, I asked if I could get sweet tea. I usually get sweet tea anyway because theirs has been good. It shouldn’t have taken a whole conversation to switch a PAID drink out. She had no intention on asking me if I wanted something else.

Rule #1: If a customer isn’t satisfied with a product (especially if they already paid AND hadn’t consumed it.) You should ask what you can do to make it better.

I apologize that you had to pour out pink lemonade?

Also, their score made me think twice about coming back. I hadn’t noticed it before but it’s hidden behind the tree (where customers won’t immediately see it?)

It’s the only Chinese food in downtown Hampton so I hope they improve.

Oh yea! And it cost too much.

Horrible food, if you can call it that! I mean the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had!! Dry and zero flavor. You couldn’t pay me to go to this place again. I can’t believe they are still in business.
