Ordered take-out, atmosphere was quite empty with 1 table for seating. I asked for a menu and had only looked at the menu for 10 sec. until the woman taking order kept asking what i want.. ordered couple entrees. Food looked tasty but astonishingly bland.

I am beyond disappointed at this establishment as a previous long standing customer. The person who tried to take my order over the phone was being quite rude to me over an optional tip. I was told “no” by the server mutiple times when I mentioned how much tip I preferred on my card . I mentioned I had cash and was continuously refused. Don’t patronize somewhere where the customer isn’t treated respectfully.

We love, love, love this place. Delivery arrives hot & within the time that we were told when ordering. Been getting food from here for years!!! Haven’t had anything that wasn’t delicious!!! It was closed over the pandemic & we were so very relieved & happy that they reopened, as delicious as ever!!

Small portions. Egg roll half size as other places. also they don’t give forks spoons or napkins unless you asked for them. I found out after I went to eat my food. Would be nice if they ask you if you want those items when placing an order. How its a first time customer supposed to know that? Also take down that plastic you have at counter, that’s so 2020. it’s overkill.

The spare ribs I picked up today were burned. When I called to let them know their response was next time we will do better. So the $10.00 spare ribs go in the garbage and there won’t be a next time. Trying to post a picture. You would not believe it.

Placed a $40 order. It was delivered with no sauces, no noodles and no fortune cookies. Called them back and their offer was “we will give you extra next time”. Told them to please bring it because we need it for our dinner. 20 minutes waiting, still not here. We live 5 blocks from the restaurant. Will not order from them anymore.
