Their orange chicken is to die for! Not too sweet, not too sourly. Also we took teriyaki chicken which was decent as well. A small restaurant, we didn’t face any crowd when we went there which is quite unexpected considering the time was weekend afternoon in Salem! The price is most reasonable as well!

Wonton Soup was great!
Eggroll old!
Entree the WORST I have EVER HAD Hands Down! Rice was dry and crunchy so we’re the ribs. Honest to God, the Ribs are like Beef Jerky!

Pineapple chicken was just canned pineapple and maraschino cherries (stems and all). Dumplings were sad and inedible. Fried rice was raw veggies and bland rice. For close to $50 for some of the most depressingly bad food, we definitely will not be trying the Hong Kong King again.

Best Hong Kong-Chinese food I ever had in USA. The roasted pork fried rice is delicious so is the Hunan spicy pork, chicken and string beans. My husband loved their Lo-mein. Now that we moved out of Salem we miss it so much. We are planning to go back on Halloween and I definitely want to go and grab a bite at Hong-Kong king.

This is the place I always order from not because I live like down town but out all the chinese restaurants in salem this is my favorite place next famous Kowloon rt 1 the good here is always spot the house fried rice the lo main pao chicken. I lived in travel China for culture food and history i lived in few province over there spent few years living in Shanghai as an expat, and it was an incredible experience that I’ll never forget.
One of the things that I loved most about the city was the food – Shanghai has an amazing culinary scene, with everything from street food stalls serving up steaming bowls of noodles to high-end restaurants offering multi-course feasts. I tried so many new and delicious things while I was there, and I still find myself craving some of my favorite dishes.
Beyond the food, though, I was constantly amazed by the city’s energy and vibrancy. Every day was an adventure, from navigating the bustling streets to exploring the museums, galleries, and historical landmarks.
I loved the feeling of constantly learning something new – whether it was practicing my Mandarin with locals or discovering a hidden gem tucked away in one of the city’s winding alleys. I highly recommend this place

Legitimately the best Chinese food in Salem. A hidden gem that I almost don’t want to uncover, but it’s so good. So many options. Healthy portions. Fast, hot delivery. Reasonable prices. Never once had a bad item or experience. Everything is elevated to the next level in terms of quality and preparation. Every time I order, I get a new thing to try. All the staples you want are there and the exact look and flavor you can imagine.

I’m not sure why the stars are so high but the chicken and beef had nearly no taste. The rice tasted old and looked like half a gallon of soy sauce poured on. Crab ragoons were good. Not much else.

Great food and portions for the price. I like that you can order delivery directly from them which saves money by avoiding any third party app fees. Prompt delivery < 30 min. I also like that you can order combo plates with entree, rice and appetizer all day.
