Traditional & less-familiar Chinese dishes, plus some Thai curries, served in a contemporary space.

This place is a HIDDEN GEM!!! Such a great and cute place. The food was phenomenal, and the experience was fabulous. Peter recommended the tea, which was very good. He spoke to us about the history and harvesting of tea leaves and how it makes your body feel. He was so funny and kind. I would 100% recommend this place not only for the food but for the experience.

The wife and I stopped in for an early dinner. We were greeted and seated quickly. Our appetizer was chicken lettuce wraps, good portion for two and seasoned well. Dinners were Mongolian lamb and red curry chicken. Lamb was wonderful but I thought the curry needed more heat. We also had the house tea (served in a wine glass) our host was very informative of the tea options and history. To finish we had sticky rice mochi cookies (with raspberry sorbet). All in all a good experience.

The food here is absolutely amazing, and the tea is out of this world. Ive been at least a dozen times or more, and have tried numerous dishes (General Tso’s Crispy Triple is my current favorite). I have never had anything that I didn’t like.
All of that being said, the service tops it all. Outstanding is an understatement. The owner’s passion for tea is only matched by his passion for providing a memorable experience. Highly recommended!

Went here expecting an ordinary Chinese restaurant, but it was something more; they specialize in pu-erh tea tastings.
The man who took my order explained how their teas come from forests with trees that are sometimes many decades old. Normally, I don’t drink pu-erh since most of the flavors I’ve had (typically fishy, which he informed me is likely either poor quality or used the wet pile method to simulate aging) don’t appeal to me, but I had heard good things about Yiwu, so I went with that one. It is their youngest, and currently least expensive at $9.95, tasting. I also had the opportunity to try one from the 1980s, which tasted like the way a forest floor smells. It’s one of the kinds I typically would not buy, but I was able to appreciate it more with the man’s help.
All of this is done with a wine glass, rather than a teacup. The leaves are steeped for varying amounts of time, some less than 5 seconds. You will experience how the flavor changes based on the steeping time. It can go on for quite a while, so I would recommend coming when you have a lot of time to spare.
While it can get expensive, you are paying for the quality of the tea and individualized service. Good pu-erh is not cheap, and cheap pu-erh often doesn’t taste good.

We stalked this place for 1 months. We love an hour away. We finally decided to take the drive today 7/3/24 @2pm and we are happy we did. We were met by Mr. Peter, who was so welcoming. He seated us, we needed to use the restroom and he showed us where. We knew already what we wanted to get, and he took our order. Mr. Peter offered us tea to taste and boy was it good. Our food came out and it is the best Chinese food we have had in some years. I have attached a video to show what we got. The food was flavorful and so tasty. We ordered Broccoli in garlic sauce which I give a 9/10, beef spicy lo mien 100/10, habenora spicy general tso chick 1000/10, pork fry rice 100/10 and honey walnut shrimp which was a 8/10 because it was a new taste for us. Overall our experience is amazing, so much so I’m still here writing this review. If you are looking for an amazing atmosphere and host and food, I highly recommend this place. Thank You Mr. Peter

Hong Kong fusion is such a great restaurant. The service is always top-notch. And the food is always great, but the real treat here is the tea. Peter serves a wonderful assortment of ancient tree puerh tea from the mountains of China. This tea is more akin to tasting a wine. It’s incredibly complex in flavor and unique in smoothness. Some of the tea trees are 2500 years old! This is a truly special experience that everyone must try! I appreciate this restaurant so much, and I must say it is probably my favorite restaurant ever.

First the good, the owner is nice, the atmosphere is nice and the quality of the food is high, with large shrimp and white meat chicken. Now the bad. Every pork dish, whether pork fried rice, lo mein, or even the egg rolls taste like it was drowned in BBQ sauce. Every other dish was also super sweet. Nothing tastes savory and lacks any umami notes I expect. It’s clear from the many positive reviews that this sweetness appeals to many people, but I found it off putting as did the rest of my family.

Great food, but even better service. The server was kind and informative, which made the whole experience more than just your regular old chinese takeout. The tea differentiates this restraunt, unlike no other with its wide variety and flavor complexities. Keep in mind, if ordering the tea, the older the age, the stronger and earthier the flavor, almost like a grassy taste for myself but may vary for you. Would recommend starting off with the newer vintage initially and working your way up.

Local friend took me here. They know the owner well. Everything’s homemade— sauces, noodles, etc. The tea is also homemade, and aged for years too. The guy who runs the place is so sweet and lovely. Best Chinese food I’ve had in my life.
