Do not come here! Not only did they charge us $21 for the $14.99 Thai soup, but the soup was not cooked right. It smelled and tasted like raw seafood. They refunded $7 after I told them the soup was not worth $21! Then they said, “Oh let me refund you the extra we charged. Sorry about that.” They thought that was enough. I explained to them the soup was not cooked right. They said, “Sorry if your taste buds are not good. We cannot do a refund. That’s policy.” I told them I wasn’t looking for a refund but if they instead could give me another soup. They told me if I wanted another soup that I had to pay 50% of the soup. I said to them, “You already took my soup. How are you going to charge me half price for another soup when I already paid for a bowl of soup that I didn’t eat and can’t eat because it’s not good?” I am pregnant and raw seafood can make me sick! Neither did my husband think it was cooked thoroughly. Our second order which we did not complain about was also terrible and told them, “here you can have this one too.” We literally walked out disappointed not expecting terrible food and terrible customer service. I hope they can stop being greedy and hear out the customer. We told them the Thai soup is not cooked fully and properly and they took it as insult that their food was not good when they could have just given us another soup. We’ve bought other soups and they didn’t taste spoiled like the Thai soup. Hope they take it as an opportunity to better their customer service skills and take it as positive feedback instead of criticism. As for me and my family, we’re taking our money to another restaurant like Hot Mariscos or LA Crab where they treat their customers well and their food is excellent every time. You’ve been warned… don’t spend your money here!

Was trying to order but the lady ignored me and walked away and took a family orders instead of mine. All i wanted was some gawd damn egg rolls this was today January 27 around 1:20 pm, the cashier upfront with Greyish hair and a tight pony tail broke my hearttttt. The staff are so accommodating and very sweet to help out. I am really impressed with the Thai Tea boba drink I got this few days back. The place seems to be super clean. I enjoyed my purchase. The food smelled delicious. It all look so appetizing. I will definitely be coming back to for more. I’m also looking forward for the different kinds of soups they have.

The food was ok but charging 75 cents for paying with card it’s ridiculous. Also It’s kinda expensive paying 6.19 for a simple bowl with chowmein and broccoli beef/No drink, plus they want to charge 25 cents more for extra sauce that you want to add to your meal. If you are in a rush and no cash go somewhere else. With the money I paid I could get a complete plate in a different place.
