Came for a quiet, to ourselves lunch and we got exactly that! Max of two other tables were used while we were there. The staff is very inviting, friendly, and just overall wonderful!! After ordering I got my drink and sat down and had only just started to talk to my boyfriend when our food was brought out!!! It was so so fast, fresh, and absolutely AMAZING. I made him share his orange chicken with me bc it was out of this world. 10/10 would recommend and will be back again

Food was TERRIBLE ordered chicken teriyaki chicken and sesame chicken and the vegetables weren’t cook completely thoroughly and the sesame chicken was cool super hard and didn’t have any meat inside I called to see if I can get a refund or switch to something else I was told they don’t give refunds and I can’t get anything else that’s just how they cook their food We didn’t even eat any of it just threw it out very disappointed

We’ve been very pleased so far with this place. So far, it’s the best General Tso’s I’ve had delivered. The fried dumplings are crispy with a great filling. Food is always hot and fresh.
Everything isn’t a winner though. The dumpling sauce is a bit heavy on the soy sauce and my daughter is still trying to find something she truly likes. She didn’t like the egg rolls or the sweet and sour chicken. The chicken fried rice is ok.

Ordered on line from here a few times, prices are great, food is great (most of the time), given this is why there are stars in the first place. Every time, without fail, the customer service is quite poor and it’s not that I live too far away or anything. The last couple times I’ve gotten the same delivery driver and EVERY time he tried to swindle me out of more cash claiming my online tip didn’t go through when it Cleary states on the receipt that the tip did indeed go through. More than likely will not be ordering from here again, due to poor management of employees

I ordered the sesame chicken and the sweet & sour chicken through Door Dash. The food arrived on time, but the chicken was so over cooked & the skin was so soggy, that it was completely separated from the chicken. The rice was chewy & hard, obviously not cooked all the way. My husband called the restaurant to offer to bring the food back to receive a refund. The person who answered informed him they would not refund any money & we needed to contact Door Dash. The woman said that’s how they had been preparing their food all day & no one else had a problem. We contacted Door Dash, who contacted Hong Kong Express… they still refused to do anything about it. The food went in the trash & Door Dash refunded our money. I don’t know which was worse, their food or their customer service.

I must’ve ordered here a dozen times in the past, but this last time, the delivery driver complained over and over about how far away I live, and not to ever order here again – – this was after I’d prepaid a 20% tip. I’m in shock that anyone would ever be so rude to a repeat customer! If you have a problem with it, adjust your delivery area with grubhub, and leave your customer out of it.
As it is though, wish granted my friend; maybe next time employ a modicum of tact.

I’ve ordered Combo Lo Mein and Combo Fried Rice last week without checking most of the reviews, I found out that the FOOD was tastier compared to other Chinese Take Out in Plano and Frisco.
After checking most of the reviews today, the gripes/whines was about the delivery service, the receptionist and “food” without an explanation.
I ate there today, it’s not a fancy place but decent enough to enjoy the taste freshly made from their Chinese Chef (surprisingly RARE to find an Asian Chef in a small, take out Chinese restaurant).
The Lunch Special was served with a choice of small Hot/Sour soup or Egg Drop soup, a choice of Steamed Rice or Fried Rice, one Egg Roll and your choice of one main dish. It comes with one Fortune cookie and a crispy chips in a small bag to add to your soup. Hot/Sour soup, Fried Rice, Egg Roll and Pepper Steak and ALL was great and delicious. The price was $6.99 and this was the price in a same setting with the same Lunch Special in NYC two decades ago (surprise? I’m from NYC).
Just try it for yourself. Your taste buds,

I had high hopes for this restaurant since it was rated high on grubhub but it really wasn’t good at all. The fried rice was bad. The wonton soup had no wontons. Almost completely liquid. The Kung Pao shrimp, not much flavor. Have to drown it in soy sauce to have any flavor and I really don’t want all that salt. I do not recommend this restaurant for anything but the egg rolls. They were good

I placed an order on GrubHub and I had a discount code WITH grubhub not the restaurant. Grubhub called to say the restaurant was refusing to make my order because of the discount, even though the rep explained to them they were not loosing out because of the discount. So they had to cancel my order, i have to wait 3-5 business days for my refund, and then I had to find something else to eat. Terrible that they wouldn’t understand and have a new customer.
