So far my favorite chinese resturant in the area. The place was clean.. People were friendly and been coming here awhile now and when I order food it is still hot and crispy even the shrimp was crispy when i got home when i have not had anything bad from here at all …i would recommend this place to everyone that asks about chinese food .. place has good parking even for a truck and a trailer

I felt like having some Tofu today but more specifically General Tso’s Tofu! I knew that the best restaurant to go to was Hong Kong for this dish. I also ordered spring rolls, Vegetable Egg Foo Young, extra fortune cookies and a slice of cheese cake. All for a reasonable price. The servings are large enough for several meals or to share with others! The food arrived in a short amount of time piping hot and delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves authentic Chinese Cuisine at very affordable prices!

Honestly really sad we came in about 2 h before closing me and my wife ordered out meals and waited…. and waited… and waited some more, almost 30 min later we received two UNDERCOOKED plates of chicken ? we ordered sesame and general tso both completely pink…. how sad what a gross thing to do to someone. if i could give hong kong a 0 star. even their lobby is a mess.

We started eating here more often recently as we moved closer to the area. This place has wonderful and friendly staff with an easy to understand menu and good prices. The sweet and sour chicken is awesome . Love that they have some dine-in tables also.

My wife and I were very pleased with our order. We ordered sweet and sour chicken, beef/mushroom/onion dish, pork fried rice, crab Rangoon, egg drop soup, shrimp egg roll. Containers were filled to the top and in some instances overflowing so you couldn’t completely close the container. It made us feel that they are not stingy on quantities.
Minor complaint (Cons): we were charged a dollar to order through the website and we were also charged a dollar to add onions to our beef and mushroom dish.
Pros: Generous quantities of hot mustard, soy sauce and fortune cookies.

Wow, I am so happy. I found this restaurant. Good people working friendly, clean kitchen, clean front tables. The food wow Hot cook right delicious and filling for the price. You get a lot of food. Thank you. Staff for great service. I’m glad I eat here 3 times a week. Love it.

I get lunch or dinner here at least once a week. The food is always amazing, the accommodate my weird quirk of wanting General Tsaos sauce with my krab Rangoon instead of the sweet and sour sauce. If they have extra of something or someone ordered and never picked up, they will hand it out free of charge. Not saying it happens all of the time but when it does happen, they are very gracious and generous. The service is always amazing, the girls that run the counter always have a smile on their faces, they are always polite and very easy to talk too. If you have a problem with any of them 9 times of 10 you are the problem not the lovely people behind the desk because they are never rude or disrespectful. I am going to miss seeing them every day that I work once my store closes!

Wonderful phone service. Dinners were ready in about 15 minutes and waiting for me for pick up. We love their bone in ribs and their house special soup. We always get 4 egg rolls and they are always hot and crispy.

We lived in Hudson for 6yrs. Never had a bad meal from Hong Kong. Trust me we tried several in our short time (hurricane forced us to move inland) We definitely miss not only Hong Kong but several other local restaurants. They are pleasant when calling and accommodating to everything we ever ordered. Please be kind to local businesses.
