This is a hole in the wall and mom and pop all in one place of your looking for bánh cuốn. The service is like when your loving aunt tells you what she’s going to make for you to eat. So honestly you really wouldn’t have to look at the menu. the soups dishes are good too.

Really good banh cuon. The rice paper is soft and freshly made. The pork and mushroom filling taste awesooome -not hard and tasteless like how other people make it. I especially like the steamed and fried pork sausage/cha lua and cha chien. It taste really diff from other brands. They make it all in house. Only bad thing is its cash only but at least it opens late until 8pm!

Banh cuon is just average. Restaurant is dirty with bits of food on chair and floor but, fortunately, no stomach plumbing issues afterwards. Worst part is the workers low key insult you behind your back while you’re eating to compensate for the fact that they’ve been in the US for decades but haven’t adapted to learning the language.

I don’t like the food here. I came here just because my friend recommended it. I personally think it maybe was good in few years ago, but no more. I order 2 dishes of Canh Bun and steam roll, nothing so special about these, not really tasty at all. It’s not worth to visit this restaurant on your holiday here.
There one little thing I noticed and quite disliked about the owner here. I saw the kindness and helpful of the staff here so I thought I would leave the tips on the table for them. But the owner was really inconsiderate when trying to keep all the tips from the employees. She was kind of a patronizing person through the way she talked to others. I felt a bit sorry for those who works for her. I gave 3 stars just because I feel sorry for the staff. Nothing else.

Servers would’ve been a 5/5 until the manager literally told the server not to ask who ordered what drink, just leave it there for them to figure out. The head manager or kitchen lady was rude with an attitude the entire time. Food was mediocre at best, bland unless doused in sauce. Servers were attentive until scolded for doing what you would want from a server.
