The food was satisfying! My wife’s chicken was a little too salty. But we enjoyed our time and visit. My chicken was good but not out of the extraordinary. I was given a chicken with some ketchup packet on the side , I thought it was going to be another sauce maybe something with honey but its okay. Its a bit pricy for this kind of food .

Had the barbecue chicken tenders and waffles fries for lunch. The tenders were fried nice and crispy along with yummy and fresh waffles fries. I will visit again for some yummy chicken.

The chicken was somewhat cool, they had items listed on the menu that they no longer served, however did not remove them from the chalkboard menu. For the price, you would expect house made sauces. That is not the case. The dippinng sauce is packaged and generic (“Kens Steak House” brand sauce for dipping)

Ate here while going to a concert at the MGM. Frozen chicken patty, $5.99 for a soda. Overpriced junk food. The payment terminal asks for a tip – it’s difficult to find the option not to leave one. I loathe being asked for a tip before any service is provided, but the cashier is watching you closely and tells you to wait for the tip option to come in after your card is approved. I waited 15 minutes for my order to be ready. You can tell they don’t count on return business.

There was no line and no one waiting when I ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich. After watching everyone who ordered after me get their food. I inquired about mine telling the cashier I’d been waiting 30 minutes, she quickly corrected me and said it was 20 minutes. After coming out of the back she politely said “it’s coming”. A woman came back because she was given a sandwich instead of wings. The woman bit the sandwich before bringing it back. I’m still waiting while she got her wings. I get my food 26 minutes after I ordered. I ask the cashier what do I get for the wait. She tells me a drink when I have already paid for my drink. I ask for a dessert to which she replies to speak with her manager pointing to a young woman on her phone standing about 20 feet away. I walk over and the manager turns away. I keep a distance to not impose on her call then ask the cashier to let her know I would like to speak to her. I look up while I’m eating to see the manager and the chef looking in my direction from the kitchen. They then fade into the back. The chicken was a little tough and the fries were warm. I pray they didn’t transfer the fries from the mixed up order brought back just before I got my food.

Woman at the front taking orders had an extreme attitude and was not welcoming from the start. Asked her questions and got snappy remarks. Fast forward to the food actually coming, chicken was terrible no flavor no seasoning. Fries were cold. Food was disgusting. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Spend your money at other establishments in MGM, that pho place around the corner is amazing by the way

Service was very good and fast! I ordered the fried chicken (dark meat) w/ donut and mashed potatoes. My order was excellently seasoned; sauce nor gravy were needed to compliment my meal. A tad pricey, however EVERYTHING is pricey/expensive at the MGM. I would definitely recommend this to friends!
