This location is a joke.
Ordered delivery. Sauce missing. Packaging filthy like it was dragged across the kitchen floor. I call, and instead of fixing it properly, I’m expected to get out of my bed in freezing weather to pick up food that should’ve been right the first time.
I get there, and the manager swears she “personally made it herself.” Cool. I trust her. That’s on me. I get home and—shockingly—it’s WRONG AGAIN.
When I call back, she has the nerve to say she knows she made it right and needs PROOF that it’s wrong. Proof??? Ma’am, this is food, not a courtroom. Meanwhile it’s 10:45 PM, y’all close at 11, and I’m now stuck with nothing to eat.
Crispy onions added that I don’t eat, items missing that I actually PAID for, and somehow I’m being talked to like I’m the problem. To top it off, the manager was rude, unprofessional, and cursed at me over HER mistakes.
Every evening order from this location is a disaster, but this was the final straw. If incompetence were a menu item, this place would be sold out nightly.
You pay for food, you expect accuracy and basic respect. This location offers neither. Never ordering from here again.

Walked into HG for the first time and we were met with top-tier service from the beginning to end. Curtis was amazing and super helpful. He made us samples of the sauces, walked us through the ordering process, and was just phenomenal the whole time.
We would definitely come back but I’m not sure any other HG besides the one in Owing Mills can beat this type of service.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Greg greeted customers at the door while managing other tasks and made sure first-time visitors, including myself, felt welcomed and assisted. He was very thorough in explaining how to build our meals and even offered sauce samples before we made our selections. What truly stood out was his willingness to adjust my order with extra sauce, which brought out the authentic flavor of the red curry coconut. Highly recommend.

It was not crowded so I was comfortable with that . It was my first time eating here I ate my food outside under the umbrella. I really love eating outside so this place was a plus for my convenience and preference. The food was yummy .I wish I had known that I would need maybe a side cup of sauce because to me it was a little dry. As always I tried to be fair with my reviews. I only wanted to be greeted and have a tad more sauce to my food. The young lady did pronounce my name correctly she did smile a goodbye I repeat my stir fried food was yummy

I wasn’t sure what I wanted to eat tonight, but stopping at Honeygrow in Owings Mills turned out to be the BEST decision I could’ve made. I didn’t get a chance to take a picture of my food because I ate it so fast lol—but just know it was that good!
Tonight was hands-down the best experience I’ve ever had at this Honeygrow location. What really stood out was how attentive and professional the staff were. Tonight a store manager was present and he made sure my order and every customer’s order while I was there was accurate and prepared with care. I truly appreciated that level of customer service.
For employee privacy, I won’t list full names, but shoutout to the onsite store manager (G) and the employee (Ya) who assisted me. And let’s not forget the rest of the staff on shift—they all deserve credit. The communication, food safety, and cleanliness were top tier.

I just stopped in honeygrow on my drive back to ocean city. Have never been to a honey grow and the gentleman working was so helpful, brought me samples of sauces and walked through the menu with me. My meal was incredible, but the service was absolutely amazing and my only regret is I didn’t get his name! Highly recommend 10/10

First time in and was greeted with a friendly hello from Curtis. He was so helpful and went out of his way to make my first time experience fantastic. The restaurant was clean, the staff friendly and the ambiance was relaxing. I love that there are plenty of vegan options. I will come back to update my review after I indulge myself in my meal. I am sure it will be delicious.
