This is my first time trying this franchise. Food was ordered through the self service kiosk. There are about 4 kiosks for the customers. The staff was very nice and friendly. Their service was great. Staff were very attentive.

Surprisingly, they’re good! Place seems always busy. Food is delicious, been here twice with food pickup. Last week though, I waited about 7-10 minutes, didn’t realize my food was already done before I got there, because they placed it in the Uber/Door dash shelf. SMH

I am a big fan of HoneyGrow in general, but I’ve had multiple negative experiences at this particular location. At first I wanted to chalk it up to just being a new location, but I can’t keep using that as justification at this point.

This place is delicious and tastes pretty much exactly like every other honeygrow, so I’m happy with it. I will say that I went at about 8pm and it was a bit busy but I didn’t expect to wait 40 minutes for what should be a pretty quick bite. However, I think this place has been open for about 3 days and many of the employees still look to be in training so it’s forgivable. Just know that there might be a wait for a few months but the food is great.

Way overpriced. $17.00 for about a pint of noodles with egg, bacon, and some veggies. Oh, and cheese. $1.40 for shaved parmesan cheese! Ordered online, got home and one of the items wasn’t even our order so I had call to have the right item made and had to go back to pick up the remake. (Staff was very apologetic about the mix-up though and did have order ready when I got there) I got mine with sauce on the side so I expected it to be dry but it was covered in oil (it didn’t taste like a sauce was accidentally put on but maybe that’s what it was?). It was actually so greasy that I gave up on eating it after a few bites. I also thought all of the ingredients would be sautéed with the noodles but it seems like they are just thrown in and tossed up. Pineapple was canned chunks that were not cooked in any way, so bland. Pretty sure the roasted red peppers were also straight from a jar. For what you’re paying all of the produce ingredients should be fresh so they’ll have some flavor. Save your money! Go somewhere else where $17.00 will get you a real meal.

Terrible food and safety handling. Not only am I a plant based eater but I am also allergic to pork. In my salad there were multiple unidentifiable yet undoubtedly meat crumbles mixed in with my tofu. When we brought this to the attention of the staff they weren’t able to provide a solution, explanation nor an apology. Luckily for me I caught it before taking a bite. For a $15 dollar salad and a place that specifies “vegan options” I am extremely disappointed. Additionally, my money was not refunded due to the General manager Ms. Smith not being on site today. I look forward to receiving her call and refund confirmation in the upcoming days.

We love honeygrow in the city. Totally different experience here….ordered a stir fry, paid extra for spicy peppers…it was missing half of the toppings I ordered. I found maybe 2 peppers. Disappointing on top of the almost 40 minute wait. There is no reason for you to have 6-8 people back there laughing and talking and no one doing their job. Please take a look at your employees and do better. Sucks to see.

I love honeygrow. So far I’ve been to the one in West Philly on 37th & Walnut and on City Ave. The food is always on point, mostly clean inside and the employees are friendly. I feel like the prices are fair being the portion of the food is great. At least when I always order 🙂
