We came in for dinner and had an amazing experience. All the team members were super helpful accommodating my daughter’s allergy. They took the time and care to make sure everything was safely prepared and it gave us peace of mind. The food was was great as usual and the service from every team member we interacted with was outstanding. As parents of a child with a food allergy, it’s great to know we have a safe place to go. 10/10.

On a random Saturday night i decided to revisit an old favorite of mine especially because i checked the points i had and i was due for a free honeybar. . Well guess what that flopped and my experience was the most unpleasant I’ve had in a while and now i remember why i took a break from coming here .
I asked someone for help and said im credited a free honeybar with my salad purchase and i was informed there has been an issue with the system or something .
So me and a friend simply asked well if we order it is there anyway that you could just still put the discount through for us and he said no. Even though he knew both of us have accounts with Honeygrow and had the voucher to receive a free honey bar.
Then he decided well I can offer one free honey bar and I thought that was so rude and offensive because how now are we supposed to pick between us which one deserves a honey bar when we both have the voucher that says we get it for free?
I love the food, but I just keep having weird experiences like this that make me not want to care about how much I enjoy the food.
P.s. on our way to leave, we decided to check our orders and they completely forgot the base to his stirfry and mess up his order .

Loved this honey grow!! The servers were accommodating and pleasant. The food was hot and great tasting. Thank you Michelle for my great tasting food! I don’t eat meat, got the stir-fry with Tofu, felt like it was made with much love. Also order the apple pie desert which was amazing.

I usally like honeygrow but im really upset. The staff there have no customer service skills. Everytime time i tried to ask a question they would just look at me and ignore me. I get home. Im looking forward to eating and come to find this. Old nasty avacado and the cilantro is not fresh. Lemon stale. I cant even believe they packed this and thought it was ok? I wouldnt recommend

Great customer, service skills, very professional and very attentive. Ky was so amazing and she made my first visit to Honeygrow memorable. I really appreciate her help. She made this experience for me at 10 out of 10. I had several questions about the different categories and different orders that I could put in and Ky took her time and answered every question. She was very patient with me with so many delicious options on your menu. I made sure I was informed about all my options and took her time to explain any of everything I needed. Not only did she help me, she made sure she helped my two other friends as well. We give Ky at 10 out of 10 and we were recommend her services and your store location to others. Thank you!

The choices were pretty good for vegetarian options. The only thing is, they use canola oil and when we got the food it had soaking oil all over the bowl. It was little too much oil when they stir fry them. Maybe could have used little less and wish they had options like olive oil or sesame oil etc as choices. But anyways the food was good and tofu was well seasoned and over all a good experience.
