Staff was pleasant, restaurant and restroom was clean. Service was fast. Server did not know menu well (said it was his first week). I ordered the south of the boarder skillet. It was ok. The chorizo was not the best and there was a ton of grease at the bottom of the skillet. I was expecting the pancakes to be good, assuming it’s a specialty since pancakes is in the name and they were not great at all. The drink was ok.

I normally don’t do reviews… but as one of my favorite breakfast places to eat…The ball was dropped. For my birthday, I ordered delivery… it was sent to me in a Styrofoam container … I could taste the burnt foam in my food and couldn’t enjoy it! . Please change this…as it is a health concern and a stain on your reputation.
Normally the food is great, but I was let down this time. I didnt expect this from a restaurant of this caliber and prestige. C’mon guys, details are important.

Had such a great brunch experience here! The food was really good, but the service was honestly the best part of the visit. My waitress, Angel S., was absolutely amazing super caring, lovely, and genuinely attentive the entire time. She was working the bar too and still took the time to really listen and help me out. I appreciated her so much because she even gave me suggestions to make my order a little less pricey, which you never see anymore. I ended up ordering a skillet with a side of biscuits and gravy, and it was delicious.
These days most servers are understandably running around stressed and busy, but Angel made me feel like I actually mattered as a customer. She took her time, checked in, and gave the best advice with such a kind attitude.
I would honestly come back just to be served by her. She is the definition of great customer service!

The food was really really good. I got the açaí power bowl and hash browns. But the portions were a little big so I wasn’t able to finish them. Other than that, the service was great Our server was very helpful and the service was really quick. The atmosphere was nice. I loved the decorations and the music and especially the table set up. It was just a tiny bit loud, but that’s what you couldn’t expect from a busy restaurant. There was like a two minute wait so it wasn’t super busy which was good.

We showed up 10:30 on a Sunday and it wasn’t too busy. We had a short wait and we’re seated. The first sign things weren’t right is we ordered a single shot of espresso and latte. The espresso came out what looked like a double with no crema and the latte had a an intense amount of foam on the top and was very sweet for a vanilla latte which is a shame as they had a legit espresso machine.
We had an avocado toast and California omelette. The avocado toast had cold eggs and the toast seemed like it wasn’t even toasted. They also didn’t bring out the toast which came with the omelette. I didn’t say anything about that so that’s on me but also it’s toast. Your would figure most orders would come with that and bring it. They also didn’t bring our kids order when our food was brought out. We had to ask the person who brought out our food to ask our waitress to swing by and ask for that as well.
The honey berry pancakes were smothered with their topping so that’s a preference thing, just be aware of.
Our waitress never came around after our food was brought to ask how everything was.
We won’t be going back. Oddly before picking here I told my wife it’s hard to mess up breakfast and after we jokes I jynxed it cause that’s exactly what happened.

Love the prices, the food, the location and the staff. The atmosphere is bright, wide open; the actual dishes are quite well-made and breakfast diner appropriate. The last couple times I went in, I received excellent service from Natalia B. She was attentive, friendly, even remembering me, and of course, provided me excellent breakfast food. I found the berry smoothie to be exquisite.

We’ve been to this breakfast spot a few times now. I think the only thing I did not like was the monte Cristo sandwich (too oily) but their banana bread French toast 10/10. Today I got the breakfast sliders. I upgraded to the premium pancaked and for $20ish dollars i have 3 meals!

Short wait, delicious food, and great service.. what more could we ask for!
The biscuits and gravy, Nutella crepes, and waffles were all delicious!!

Had brunch with a party of six so had to wait a bit for a table on a Saturday. Great food and drinks. Service was friendly but drinks took a very long time to arrive (came after the food) and they got one of the orders wrong but it was quickly corrected. They apologized for it but a comp would have been nice. That said, the drinks and food were excellent and reasonably priced. Nice sized portions. Pleasant decor. We will return.
