I recently visited this place and had one of the worst service experiences I’ve had in a long time.
After we ordered our food, I asked for a beer glass a little later. The server responded by saying it was difficult for them to go back and forth and that we should have ordered everything at once when we ordered our food. I honestly thought I misheard, so I asked again, and they repeated the same thing. It was incredibly rude and unnecessary. Before we even started eating, the comment completely ruined the mood.
We were also never offered lettuce for wraps, even though the table next to us had it. When we asked about it, we were told we had to ask for it ourselves. Basic things like this should be part of normal service.
What made things even worse was that the same server later came to our table and started complaining about another table not leaving a tip. Talking badly about other customers in front of guests is extremely unprofessional and made it feel like tips were being indirectly pressured.
If you want your appetite ruined before you even start eating or feel like drinking because your mood gets destroyed, this might be the place for you.
One other staff member we encountered was actually very kind, but unfortunately the behavior of this server completely overshadowed the experience. With service like this, I definitely won’t be coming back.

Came here for dinner to have some samgyeopsal — it wasn’t bad. But the hangjeongsal (pork jowl) had a really strong smell, so we mentioned it to the staff and they kindly replaced it with something else. The stew we ordered was decent too. It’s BYOB, which is a plus. There are a lot of Korean BBQ spots around, and honestly, this one felt pretty average overall. But I did like that they grilled the meat on a stone plate — that was a nice touch.

This is a must try if you are in the area and want amazing Korean pork BBQ. The staff and manager is super welcoming and attentive. The amount of pork they provide is very generous and wow is it ever so delicious. The place has such a family feel that it’s a great place to come with you friends and family. Also has a very good combinations options if you enjoy Galbi, Pork or fish cutlets. There’s street parking if you are lucky, or free public parking lot across the street and to the right driving a little down Elm Pl.

We were driving from Baltimore to Richmond and specifically stopped to check out Honey Pig’s new location. Wow what a great restaurant! Smells amazing when you walk in the door and the servers are beyond professional, friendly, and helpful. We ordered the bibimbap because we weren’t quite hungry enough for AYCE. The BBQ at the table around us looked great though and next time would have planned to be hungrier for AYCE. Great food with good size portions. Wish we lived closer so we could go again and again but we will look forward to the next time we are nearby!

Heard good things about this place but didn’t have the time to go dine in so we ordered out and the food is pretty good. My only gripe is that the two times I’ve ordered delivery from them they forget an item or two but have no issue charging you for them. I only hope they pay more attention to what’s being ordered and are more carful about not leaving things out.

I came by with a group of friends and we were seated in the private party room by the entrance. It wasn’t busy when we came by for lunch on a weekend so we were seated immediately. The staff were friendly and very attentive to us for the entire meal.
The meal was served with a ton of banchan side dishes (반찬) which were all delicious. We also got soup and steamed egg, which as staples in Korean BBQ. We honestly could have filled up on just the banchan.
We ordered 2 orders of the raw marinated crab (간장 개장) which was delicious. This dish can be a little polarizing but is an absolute favorite for many Koreans. It’s difficult to find this dish in the States so I was happy to see this here. Their version is also very delicious but salty (as is traditional) so make sure to have it with some rice!
We also ordered 10 servings of their duck BBQ which came with fried kimchi. The food was delicious and we even got kimchi fried rice with our leftovers at the end of the meal. Highly recommend the food here as it was all amazing.
Note that they do not sell alcohol here but you can bring your own drinks from outside and request glasses from them. There is no cork fee.
