We really enjoyed this place. It has a bright ambiance and great food. We live nearby and were hesitant to go because of some of the other reviews, but this is definitely our go-to brunch spot now. Charity was our server and everyone there was friendly!
Our toddler ate so well here, he had eggs, biscuits, hashbrown, and lemon rice soup! The biscuits and gravy tasted homemade. My husband said his sweet potato chorizo skillet was great, and we both loved the pancakes. The cream wasn’t too sweet and the fruit was fresh.

No wait, great great great service! Food was definitely delicious and piping hot. Ill definitely be back to try a few other things off the menu. I got the meat lovers skillet, perfect portions and the flavor was great! I seen someone order the biscuits and gravy and they look so so good! Next on my to try list.

When you walk in someone is at the door to sit you. This is a turn key restaurant. It was an older restaurant and they moved in. Not sure if they will update the place. I will say customer service is great. Everyone was super nice and attentive. I won’t say her name but our waitress didn’t know the menu. We ordered poutine and she was unsure of what it was. This has nothing to do with her service because she was super nice just wasn’t familiar with the menu. Please don’t have people on the floor if they aren’t familiar with your menu. They do offer what looks like monthly food specials. The monkey bread came out hot and tasty. I ordered the pumpkin spice latte. I didn’t taste and pumpkin. I ordered a side of corn beef hash(canned). It was flavorful but the ratio of green peppers/onions to hash was off. I had a plate full of onions and peppers left on the plate. There was barely hash. My friend order the poutine. We had to send it back because they put onions and green peppers on it and it doesn’t come with it.. she requested green onions and they didn’t put any on there. They remade it but she got it to go. We waited a while for our meals to come out and by the time they remade it for her she just got it to go. I also had the tres leches French toast. It just needed more of the caramel sauce and it would’ve been just right. I do intend to go back but I’ll give them a few more months because they’ve only been open for 2 weeks. I’m going to let them adjust.

Visited for the first time on 11/8/25. I was a little skeptical since it opened in the old Commander restaurant (which I never really cared for), but I was pleasantly surprised! The food was delicious, the flavors were great, and everything tasted fresh. I’d definitely recommend this place and will be back again soon! Only drawback is that it’s pricey

I visited opening weekend but decided to wait to review as like most openings, it was very hectic. I don’t think the restaurant expected to have people flooding through the doors, which is why it felt disorganized. I did not feel like it was fair to review them during that and wanted to do it after visiting again.
Other than opening weekend, I have ordered takeout once and dined in today. The food was always good but I do think it is a little pricey. My boyfriend absolutely loves the biscuits and gravy and had it twice (skillet and by itself). We decided to share a breakfast sandwich today and try the breakfast poutine as it has his beloved country gravy.
The waitress was very nice and outgoing and got us our drinks pretty fast. The Salted Maple Milkshake was pretty good but the PSL was lacking the pumpkin spice flavor in the latte part (just was on the whipped cream). Previously ordered the seasonal cold brew and it had no flavor to me. Would probably order a regular coffee/smoothie/milkshake over their specialty coffee next time.
When we got our order we thought they were at the wrong table as they gave us their breakfast protein wrap. It turns out the waitress thought we said “breakfast protein,” which was completely fine as everyone is human.
We were a little confused when she asked if we wanted hash browns or tater tots, but we figured it was because they were options to sub out for the poutine fries (and tater tot poutine sounds soo good!). A very nice lady with blue eyes and a light blue denim outfit came out to tell us they would get us our poutine, said that we could eat the wrap while we wait, and thanked us for understanding. We ended up not eating the wrap since it wasn’t what we ordered and we weren’t sure what to do.
The poutine was great and I really liked the breakfast sandwich (the one with ham + bacon). I thought the eggs were nice and fluffy and it was a pretty great dish! I do think $16 was a bit much for that though so I will probably get something else next time.
Also to note for my previous visits, I really love their lemon rice soup and got it every time except this one. I also bought a ceramic bowl every time since they were so cute! I gifted one of them since a friend was obsessed with it too.
However, when we paid today we saw that they added the protein wrap to our receipt. My boyfriend was going to pay for it anyways since he didn’t want to ask about it, but I was a bit annoyed since I thought this situation was resolved earlier. My boyfriend was asking me if I wanted to buy another bowl (to replace the one I liked but gifted to my friend), but I felt uncomfortable buying merch when they were having us pay for an extra entree we did not want. The cashier was very sweet about it and got it fixed with the manager right away.
Overall, I think the staff are very nice and that the mistake was completely understandable. The only thing I am really questioning was how they slipped it on our receipt. The food is pretty nice but I do think that it is on the more expensive side of breakfast food for their portions and dishes.
TLDR; Lemon rice soup is great, food is a bit pricey for what you get, ceramics are a must have, staff is great, and double check your order just in case.
