Manager/owner charges me for my cup because I ask for my triple shot in a medium cup with extra ice. Not an extra drink, not an iced water, just a cup for my beverage that happens to be an inch taller. I really want to support this place, but that’s just silly and I can’t get behind it. Maybe I’ll start frequenting the Pleasant St location! Shame because the employees all seem so sweet. It only takes on bad egg, or so I’ve been told.

I normally love this HD, but today we ordered 4 egg and cheese sandwiches, and they were all terrible. The egg was overdone and beyond thin. Egg should be able to pull apart easily, and these eggs were thin and tough. Donuts and coffee are always good here. Super bummed and hopefully it was just an off-day.

The BEST location for donuts! Fresh, delicious, and generously sized. One of the few places that carries ‘cake-style’ chocolate iced donuts and their vanilla cream-filled is insane!

I ordered a $50 order on mobile app for 12pm pick up as I was tight on time today. I arrived to be told they didn’t get mobile order cause their system was down. I had to hand my phone to worker to write my order down. Then was told they are out of xl hot cups. I got my order 30 minutes later and both my coffees were not what I wanted and my 3 breakfast burritos were legit slapped together in the most sloppy way and they were only half wrapped. I just really can not believe the level of service this location offered me today. I will absolutely drive out of Attleboro Ma to get anything from now on from a reputable Honey Dew location!!

I needed 40 – $5 gift cards. Another HD had asked me to come back at another time so I then tried County Street and was afraid to ask as it does take quite a bit of time to put in 40 gift cards but Brittany was so nice, never hesitated. Very accommodating- thank you Brittany!!

One of the few great donut shops being run by the same great family for years. I came here today (last time I was here was 5 years ago) and got 2 coconut jelly filled and 1 sugar jelly filled sticks. I got to say they don’t crimp on their donuts, they are fresh and they are good. I will be coming to your shop more frequently now.
