Great if you are in a hurry, the inside needs some updating and the employees who work the morning shift are fantastic. Wish they carried oatmilk though. Love their muffins and the breakfast steak burrito. I recently learned that the pistachio muffins may contain walnuts instead of pistachio nuts..big deal if you are allergic to walnuts. double check with their corporate office.

They close at 6 and when I got there at 5:50 on 12/22 & the door was locked. I made eye contact with several workers inside and got ignored. Didn’t even have the decency to acknowledge me even though they were fully aware I was trying to come in 10 minutes before close. I am a loyal customer who gets a coffee every morning from this place. I WAS going to spend 500 on gift cards for my family but oh well. The employees are rude and lazy. I went to dunks instead. Will never come here again!

The Eggnog Iced Latte was not good way too much cream and had no hint of Eggnog, my husband’s regular iced coffee had way too much cream with no sugar and the Boston cream donuts were stale. We usually have always had great experiences at this Honey Dew but not today. Not sure if they had new staff on.

Been to this location multiple times. And everytime the coffee is either bitter or just not made right! Always asked for a large regular coffee. I also go to the other location in Wakefield and I NEVER have this problem there. And I noticed the employees in peabody don’t wear masks or gloves when working with money or food.. why is that?? They use masks and gloves at the other location…..

Was doubled charged. Called and they said to come back. Annoying, but fine. Showed the girl my bank statement, apparently that was not enough. She asks me to log into my account to make sure they didn’t refund me! Lady if they refunded me I wouldn’t be here. She proceeded to scroll through my statement!!! Totally inappropriate! No apology. Just a terrible additude, asked for manager was told no one was in. Asked for name of manager was told she “didn’t need to tell me” absolutely disgusting customer service.

Drive thru or stop in. Variety of flavors for coffee and non coffee options. Nugget ice for iced drinks rather than chucks. I like to indulge in their iced mocha madness as its made with chocolate milk instead of plain milk.
