The staff seemed more interested in carrying on a personal conversation between themselves than serving the customers. Gave them a simple order for a large iced coffee. They are least got the flavor right now the size and when I said something the employee was like no you asked for a medium and I had a friend with me that said no he asked for a large. Whatever I more than likely won’t be going back as there is another Honey Dew about the safe distance and like 4 Dunks closer.

Update 12/5/21: I ordered 3 sandwiches, 2 were completely wrong. A sausage burrito should not be tuna on a bagel! A pastrami ciabatta should not be sausage on a croissant! My receipt reflects my actual order, but what I was given wasn’t even close!

I went to this honey dew everyday and one woman was so kind to me, and my brother when we came all the time. Today when my brother and I went, our usual girl was not there. We got two drinks, my brother started drinking his drink, and I told the lady I was paying with a gift card and all they have to do is scan the QR code. She scanned it and I waited for her to say it was okay. She scanned it again and then said it wasn’t working. I told her she could put it in manually because it has numbers on it but she refused, I gave the drinks back and offered to just pay my brothers. She refused because she “already put it in the register.” Then she “accidentally” put it in for cash right after I said I’d just pay for the drink he drank. When I didn’t have any cash on me. She didn’t let us leave until my mom came to pay because she said she put it in the register for cash and I was demanded to pay cash when I only came in with a gift card- my mom brought me my debit card and I couldn’t even pay with that. During all of this, not letting us leave she called her friend and talked about us in Spanish thinking I didn’t know what she was saying. It was so unprofessional and sad. I loved that honey dew but I won’t go there again. It was awful.

My Son got the cinnamon roll & says it’s INCREDIBLE! I had an ice coffee but wasn’t thrilled with it. I’m blessed to have a Coffee Break Cafe close by & not even Dunks can touch it!

It was terrible!! I was buying coffee and donuts for work and the lady was super annoyed! I’m spending more money..right!? I bought a box of coffee which she gave me no stirrers for.. No lids for the cups..wow! So I went back to grab some stirrers and she said we don’t have any. I said What!! I just bought a box of coffee!… You don’t think I’m gonna need stirrers!!?? Hello!! Smh

Very pleasant speaking and helpful. Coffee was made perfect. Got a breakfast burrito. Was the best breakfast sandwich and filling for the money. I wish they would bring back the honey dip covered jelly or blueberry donut.

Every time I’ve visited, the hot beverages average at best and the pastry offered tasted stale. I have observed individuals frequenting the establishment, but on the whole after a couple of visits — I go else where now.
