What an aloof pair working the counter mid-morning today. young man with the glasses was whining about his personal issues and makes it perfectly clear with his actions and attitude, he does not want to be there. did not pay attention at all waiting on me. did not place the cover on the coffee properly. picked up my coffee and spilled all over the counter. The girl was not much better. I think I will stick to the other honeydew on main street. Much better customer service.

The service is always amazing. I go almost every morning before work and every one who works here knows my usual orders. They take the time to be pleasant while still efficiently preparing food/drinks. I’ve always liked Honey Dew coffee over Dunkin but it’s the employees at this particular location that keep me coming back.

Terrible!!!! I stopped by today to get a coffee and some drinks. The drive-thru operator ( I believe I heard her tell the cops her name is Tiffany) was rude and rushing us. I asked for help with the menu and options as I’m not familiar with it and she said “it’s right in front of you on the board” At that point I asked if she was ok?? she mentioned she was the only one at the shop and had to rush and if we didn’t like it we should go to the next honey dew down the street. I said no that’s fine I’ll like to be serve here. after that she went silent and stopped responding to us. We went around several times and she still refused to take our order. I don’t know if there is in fact a honey dew down the street or not but I was already there and had to drive 40mn home so I decided to go inside. As soon as she saw us she turned around and ignored us. I put my stuff down on the counter and she immediately called the cops. Didn’t even asked for our order or nothing. She accused us of being aggressive, slamming stuff and breaking stuff! We waited for the cops because we were certain we were NOT being aggressive! The cops agreed, we were NOT being aggressive and NOTHING was touched or broken but we still had to leave the establishment because she refused to service us. If she doesn’t want to assist customer perhaps she shouldn’t be in customer service!
