We have been so pleased with Honey Brook Barbecue! The consistency and quality is wonderful! They are open lots of hours! They have fresh baked goods and frozen items like chicken pot pies! There is seating for a small number of patrons. We have ordered large pans of brisket for holiday meals and it is ALWAYS a hit! The prices are great, also.

This is what my son said: The Mac and cheese tasted like water. Green beans were under-seasoned and underwhelming. Baked beans were more like a soup. The Brisket was a shining star with a delicious beefy flavor and well rendered fat. Chicken halves had good flavor despite being dry. The ribs…..a terrible disappointment. The day old sale donuts stood out and were delicious, especially the Carmel cream.

Everything hot that we bought was supposedly made on the premises. I asked. I’m pretty sure that was no homemade cheese sauce on the mac and cheese . It tasted like cheese powder mixed with milk. The green beans reminded me of when my mom put green beans in a pot with ham and potatoes. The baked beans are made with hamburger meat, zero flavor, and are a waste of caloric intake.

Sadly they were out of apple dumplings.

If you are coming here for actual barbecue you will not get that here. There were no smoke lines on the ribs or the brisket that we purchased. No crust on the meat. No bite.

That was a waste of $110.

Staff was super friendly and welcoming. Loved the food. Had the pulled chicken sandwich. Was one of the best BBQ sandwich’s I’ve ever had. 10/10 highly recommend. Even my 3 year old daughter kept saying her food was “reaaal delicious!” We’ll be back for sure.

Honey Brook BBQ is the real deal. The brisket was perfectly smoked, tender, and packed with flavor, and the pulled pork and ribs were just as impressive. The sides tasted homemade, the portions were generous, and the family who runs it was friendly and welcoming. If you’re looking for authentic BBQ in Chester County, this place is absolutely worth the stop.

Every time I’m in the area I stop by. The food is about as homemade and wholesome as it gets. It’s the kind of place that feels like it’s been perfecting comfort food for generations. Everything is always delicious, hearty, and satisfying …and I can never leave without grabbing some fresh donuts to go!

We go here a couple times a month. Always order a couple pounds of Brisket amongst other things. Usually very good. Came in today around 2pm. Ordered 2lbs of brisket, chicken and sides. Brisket was horrible! I wound up throwing most of it away. Very dry almost like leather. Also very greasy. Definitely inedible. Not sure we will be back.

I just saw an ad on Facebook for this place earlier today and I really started craving some barbecue. I’m so glad I decided to check them out because that was the best pulled pork sandwich I’ve ever had!
They gave me a ton of meat on what must be an in-house bun because I’ve never had one like it. It was almost like corn bread but it didn’t crumble too much and lasted through the whole sandwich. The sauce was really good but I do wish I had ordered extra.
The fries looked amazing and I wish I had ordered them but I decided not to since they were closing soon so I’ll get them next time.
The girl who took my order was really friendly and though there was a line it took less than a minute to get my sandwich and drink.
They are very clear that there’s an added charge for cards so bring cash, I spent under $10 for just myself. I don’t usually get out this direction but now I have a reason to, I’m excited to try the brisket and fries.

The best bbq chicken ever! This is one of my fave places. I drive all the way from Philly often to get food from here. The guy that makes the bbq always makes the best Ive had. My family loves this place now after I brought them food. They also have the BEST and my favorite ever coleslaw. The workers are always polite!

I absolutely love this place. drive 35 miles from Delaware once a month to get food from here.
The chicken is juicy, the Ribs and the brisket are great even when reheated. One of the hidden gems is the burnt ends in the freezer section.
A single cream filled donut is good to be split in 2 servings, and the Chocolate shoefly pie is a perfect treat to nibble on.
If the weather permits, I’m going to be there a lot more.

Had to edit my response, the $100+ was what I end up getting per trip here and not per person.
