The so called “Manager” Jacy was very unprofessional and rude! We ordered 2 meals that were made wrong! First there was an omelet that we asked for only half to have American cheese on but, then the waitress came back and said that the manager said it had to be with cheese or without so we had to choose with or without. So we told her to just put American cheese in the whole thing. When it came, it had cheddar…we were picking out the cheddar to put to the side and all she said was that it definitely was American cheese and that they just shred it even after showing her! It was clearly cheddar, American cheese doesn’t look like that or taste like that but she refused to do anything to fix the issue. Second was a burger that was split and supposed to be medium rare but it was definitely raw! We showed her and first she asked what we wanted to do, if we wanted to remake it so, we said fine. Then she immediately said that since we ate most of it, she would be able to just take half off the bill so we said that’s fine. Then the waitress comes with a 2nd burger that she said the manager told them to remake and we told her that she said she couldn’t remake it but, it wasn’t the waitresses fault so we were just going to take the remake. When the bill comes, they charged us for 2 burgers! I talked to the manager and she said that I agreed on a remake of the burger and she would take half off the first one. I told her that’s not what she said cause she said she couldn’t remake it and would give us half off! She took the 2nd burger back and took half off the first burger. She expected us to pay for a 2nd burger! First off we split the burger so half was on another plate and my half I didn’t realize it was so raw till I bit the middle. She was very rude! The waitress and bus boy were great but, the manager was very unprofessional when she spoke and we will never return to this place because of her! Managers are supposed to be professional and fix customers issues or at least act like she cared about the customers. This was all the cheddar we pulled out of the omelet that she refused to do anything about and the half of the half (which is why it looks like we ate most of it but we didn’t)of the raw burger! Jacy also said there was no one else that we could talk to about our issues so basically we deal with whatever she decides and said “Cheers” !

I came to find out about honey butter on the day of me and my husband getting ready to be married. Now at first I saw the name and didn’t begin to imagine the sheer amount of delicious food they had. My spouse had the back to bed sandwich and it’s rare that I see him eat something with that glimmer in his eyes like a kid. But this has brought much joy to both me and my husband. If you want a place that’s calm, the food comes out quick and you get to enjoy some good well selectioned food then I will suggest coming here for a beautiful breakfast and a nice cup of coffee or hot chocolate. The food was a solid 10, service a 10 and the atmosphere an outstanding 10. I will gladly be coming back because out of many restaurants here in Wisconsin this place deserves every penny.

I went here this past Sunday for breakfast to take my kids and niece on a breakfast date. 1st off, I didn’t like the way we were sat at the tables all the way in the back with the other family’s who had kids, seemed that was a pattern. 2,Service was terrible. Our server took forever to come back and check on us and when we finished eating they sat a huge party down next to us which is no big deal. The problem is I had to wait 30min for my bill with overstimulated kids at this point because we were ready to leave and we finished with our breakfast way before the party even got seated. I did not enjoy the atmosphere or service here and I will not be back. Communication is key. Food was the only good thing. I’m a local and this is my first and last time here.

First time eating here and it won’t be the last time. My server Yisel was amazing. Food was good, service was amazing no complaints. I ordered chicken sausage and they wasn’t the best. I wasn’t even tripping about them. I told Yisel that I didn’t like the sausage. Next thing I know a manager (I believe) came to my table and asked me if I wanted to replace them free at charge. I think that was so nice of them to do that. Overall I’m impressed and I look forward to coming back in the future.

Honey Berry in West Allis is a great spot for breakfast or brunch. The vibe is fun, chill, and super welcoming. It feels bright and comfortable, and just has really good energy overall.
The wait staff is awesome. Everyone is friendly, attentive, and makes you feel taken care of without hovering. You can tell they actually enjoy what they do, and it makes the whole experience even better.
Between the great service and the laid-back vibe, this place is definitely a go-to. Highly recommend if you want good food, good people, and a place that feels easy and welcoming.

Absolutely delicious! There are so many good food and drink options. The server was friendly and attentive. I don’t usually take home leftovers but this was a must! And don’t forget a vanilla latte! Oh oh and the pancakes! Definitely get them as a side. They are so buttery and vanilla flavored I didn’t even need syrup!

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received at Honey Berry Cafe on 11-15-2025 at approximately 12:30 PM. Upon being seated, my fiancé and I were left unattended for 20-25 minutes without even a greeting from our assigned waitress, Nicole R. During this time, she proceeded to serve a table that had been seated 5 minutes prior. When Nicole R. finally approached our table, I politely mentioned that we had been waiting for some time and were ready to order. Instead of apologizing or explaining the delay, she responded with a dismissive tone. Throughout the meal, Nicole R. displayed a consistently rude and inattentive attitude. She failed to provide us with utensils, which we had to request from another waiter. When I brought this to her attention, she offered no apology.
Her behavior created an unpleasant dining atmosphere, and I was unable to enjoy my meal. A manager did offer a 20% discount and apologized for the poor service, but this does not compensate for the overall negative experience. He offered a 20% discount, which is applicable on our next visit. However, due to the poor service, I do not intend to return to your establishment. While I understand that everyone has challenging days, it is imperative that service staff maintain a level of professionalism and courtesy. Nicole R.’s inability to acknowledge her rudeness or offer a simple apology was unacceptable. I hope that you will address this issue with her to prevent similar experiences for future customers.

Wonderful experience with our server Ryan! Attentive, kind, quick! Accommodating to any allergies/dietary restrictions. The GF pancakes/waffles had great texture but an interesting sour aftertaste that we didn’t enjoy–management was quick to try and help us find a solution that worked for everyone! Can’t wait to come back!

The hash browns tasted odd something with the flavor was really weird almost like ‘diet’ hash browns. The pancakes were alright but at $15 a pop they could’ve been better. Perhaps putting some filling on the two cakes underneath so they’re not so dry.

This is the place for brunch in West Allis. Everything is spectacular. I had the Florentine Benedict, and my son had pancakes plus an egg breakfast. I had tomato juice served with a lemon and, of course, coffee ☕️. I’ll be back!
