The food was excellent, and service was superb! We were able to sit right away and had time to look over the menu which had a variety of vegetarian dishes. We were also able to choose our spice levels. My friends and I order appetizers to share as well as our own personal meals. I ordered Kofta curry and it was with garlic naan bread and it had the perfect spice and slightly sweet. One of the employees by the name of Al told us about the history of the restaurant and food which was great. I’ll certainly be retuning in the future with my family.

The Veg. Kolhapuri was way too spicy, and the Garlic Naan Bread was completely burnt on the bottom while looking completely normal on the top. I had to throw the entire EXPENSIVE order away. Used door dash and tipped up front for fear of their “No tip, no trip” and “No trip, eat spit” marketing strategy. Granted I’m not all that familiar w/Indian food, so maybe what I got was indeed “Honest Indian Vegetarian” food and flavors, but I’ve honestly bought better tasting Indian dinners from the frozen section at Whole Foods and Krogers, and for half the price. This dish was too spicy to taste the veggies or any other flavors, and the naan bread was such a huge disappointment, but maybe the burnt tasting bread and overly spicey dish is all a part of the expected experience, I honestly don’t know.

To be honest about Honest, our initial taste test with Falooda when they started was not great hence we haven’t made another.

Just can’t say in my words how delicious the food was. Punjabi thali has its own authentic taste and I loved the taste and every bite and it was so flavorful. Also love how pudina paneer was made so finger licking good and the taste of ghee is amazing on paneer ! Over all loved their food

Was craving spicy food and found this place on Google. Walked in with my husband and was seated. The service was slow and limited. I think the owner (or not) originally helped us… he was focusing more on another group, leaving us unserved for a while, even though we got here first. Another lady took our order eventually. We asked for straws for the water, but didn’t get any. Then I asked for napkins, only received one napkin…ok? Food came out pretty fast. Food was phenomenal. We ordered masala dosa, bhel, shezuwan fried rice, and gulab jamun milkshake. All tasted delicious! The spices were flavorful and spicy. Definitely enjoyed the food but not the service. Food costs average, can be expensive for some. In general, we will come back for the food.

Decent food! Bhaji-pav and chole-bhature are one of their highlights. Baahubali sandwich is a must-try.

Loved the few experiences myself and my parents had at the Sharonville, OH location of Honest. The food is the freshest I’ve had anywhere in the Midwest in terms of Indian food, portion sizes are surprisingly great and taste is also something to come back for. Highly recommend.
