Very disappointing experience. We went for a family dinner and ordered a few items including a dosa. When it arrived, it looked undercooked and seemed like it had been sitting in the kitchen for a long time. The texture and appearance were not fresh at all (as shown in the picture).
We politely asked the cashier to remake it. She took it back and returned within just a couple of minutes with what appeared to be the exact same dosa, simply reheated. When we raised the concern again, there was no apology or proper response from the staff.
This was very unprofessional and disappointing. Definitely not the kind of service we expected. Sadly, we won’t be coming back.

Went here today with my uncle for masala dosa. The food was absolutely delicious — the dosa was perfectly crispy and the masala was fresh and flavorful. The service was great as well; the staff were friendly and attentive. Overall, a really good experience. Highly recommended!

The bowls were very messy and not clean, which was disappointing. Customer service was poor — no one came to our table to ask what we needed next. We had to call the staff again and again.
Also, they don’t know how to properly serve food, as spoons were not provided with every dish. Even when we ordered lunch, they did not serve plates unless we asked. They also did not clear the old dishes from the table before placing new ones.Cleanliness and customer service really need to be improved.

The food here is incredible. This restaurant goes way beyond the standard yellow curry and butter chicken. It was the best Indian meal I have ever had. Service was a wee bit slow but the waitress recommended some amazing dishes. The interior has been completely renovated and is clean and modern. I would definitely eat there again as would the other 5 in my party.

This is undoubtedly the best Ottawa Indian restaurant we’ve been to so far. Everything from the atmosphere, the food to the staff, everything was spot on. First up, we were greeted by a smiling waitress and clean tables – both a rarity at Indian restaurants. The waitress came to our table as soon as we settled in. Menus were already neatly placed on the table. Food arrived fairly quickly and the waitress was eager to know if we were enjoying our food, which was again the best we had in Ottawa.
The only problem you’ll face here is what to order and how much your tummy can take the onslaught of food.

Food was great for the price. I loved their Pav Bahji. Kids enjoyed their dosas. We asked to be the waitress if we could get masala tea at the end of our meals. She said sure but when we asked for it at the end she said they stopped making it. They didn’t want to offer it as they were busy and had stacked orders she said- we were bit disappointed. Service definitely can improve.

Food is good. Plates are chipped on edges and cutlery is loosing coating and turning white, not enough napkins on the table. Service is ok, can be so much better with training. They are polite and will come and drop your food, but little effort to ensure there is enough space on the table, they won’t try to pick up used plates or replace them actively, you have to call them and think about making space yourself. Avg rating – 3 stars because 5 stars means super impressive. Will return.

We ordered Dabbang Dosa, Kattappa Sandwich, Pav Bhaji, and Triple Schezwan Rice. Everything was great. Dabbang dosa was more like Jini Roll. Food came in like 10 minutes, everything was hot and tasty. I wanted to try Punjabi food from Honest, but they didn’t started yet. A bit disappointed by it, but understandable that it’s newly opened.

We tried the Mysore dosa and vada pav, and both were absolutely delicious! The standout, however, was the sambar—it was super tasty and paired perfectly with the dishes. Highly recommend this place.
