I tried their double smashed burger; it was £12.95 and included a very generous portion of chips.

Visited on a recommendation during my first-ever trip to London. They delivered like crazy.
I got the ‘BIG BACON’ double smash special (I think it was a collab with Blackwell & Co) and their homemade iced tea. WOW. The smash patties were perfect. That extra-thick, slow-cooked bacon with the maple syrup glaze was probably the best I’ve had in a long time. Here again, the patties themselves were a delight: juicy, perfectly cooked, exactly how you always wish a smash burger would be.
And the fries… look, they have a reputation for a reason. Trust me, just get them. You’ll find out why (that rosemary salt is insane). The iced tea was also clearly homemade and really refreshing.
On top of the amazing food, the staff were all super kind. Had a great chat with one of the waiters after eating, and we agreed: they know what they’re selling, and it really is “Honest.”
Can’t recommend this place enough, really outstanding job guys.

The food was just what the title says, honestly good burgers. Thd butgers wera tasty, nicely done and in a great price. The chips were great too. If you are in Soho area its a great choice if you are hungry.

Tried Honest Burger in London and really enjoyed it. I went for the classic Honest Burger and it was very tasty, with good-quality meat. The service was quick and efficient, and it’s great to know the meat is halal for anyone looking for that option. A solid spot if you’re craving a good burger.

I had high expectations when visiting Honest Burgers on Meard Street in Soho, but I left a bit disappointed. I ordered my burger medium (pink), but it arrived medium-rare, almost rare. When I asked a staff member to take a look, she insisted that it was medium and “how it should be,” even though it clearly wasn’t. My partner then showed her his burger ,which actually was cooked medium, properly pink ,and only after that did she decide to take mine back.
Unfortunately, the replacement burger came back well-done, which was the opposite of what I had asked for. No one came to check whether the second burger was okay or if we needed anything else, which felt quite careless for a restaurant of this type.
On top of that, the water I had requested at the beginning of the meal never arrived.
Small details, but they add up and really affected the overall experience.
I still believe Honest Burgers can be great, but this particular visit fell short in terms of both food consistency and customer service.

Stopped by for lunch and had a really pleasant meal here! Their lunch menu starts at £9.95 for a burger, fries and drink, I got the chicken burger which was £11.45.
The chicken was cooked perfectly and the BBQ mayo made the burger extremely flavorful. I got some bacon gravy (£2.75) to dip the fries in and the gravy was delicious. The lemonade that came with the lunch deal was refreshing and a great accompaniment to the meal.
If you download their app, you get a welcome bonus of onion rings which were extremely tasty. Will definitely be back to try out their other burgers

My husband and I were really impressed by this quaint burger cafe. We were offered a choice of seats to sit at and given menus. Our waiter before taking any order asked did we have any allergies which was nice to hear. My husband has a gluten intolerance. He opted for the Chilli burger with bacon gravy as a side. I opted for the buffalo chicken burger. The food was delicious, we couldn’t have been happier with our choice. We’ll certainly be visiting again while we are sightseeing in London. We have just found out there is an Honest Burgers in our home town (Liverpool) so we’ll be visiting that one too soon.
