When I first went, the girl working asked me my likes and dislikes, she helped me pick a drink that I would love (she was right). After only going a few times, the employee remembered my name and my order, it made me feel welcomed. The store is clean and welcoming as well.
I was a dedicated for years franchise coffee drinker, since my first mega tea, I haven’t looked back.

This adorable spot does not sell real tea. I wish the menu was more descriptive as to say these are drink powders all made with Sucralose, *not* herbal teas. I ordered a “tea” and had no idea that what I was ordering I am allergic to until I had already taken a sip and tasted the sweetener. I am pregnant so this could’ve ended really badly had I not thought to ask before having more than a small taste. The employee was understanding and tried to remake me something I could safely drink, so I accepted to reciprocate her kindness, but was too unsure what was in the mystery powders to actually drink the $8 “tea” that was very much not tea. I just wish they had a way to tell new customers that tea on their menu is a powder mix with many ingredients/sweeteners. I only narrowly avoided being quite terribly hurt by this misleading menu.

The dinks tasted very artificial and it makes sense, as no fresh ingredients were used to make the beverages. I believe that Kool-Aid and Sunny D have more nutritional value than these drinks. The customer service left a lot to be desired as you are REQUIRED to provide your personal information in order to get your order. Lastly, I felt it was in poor taste to charge $1 for a glass of tap water, after spending $27 on three teas. There’s definitely room for improvement.
