Gone here many times with no problems. I remember when they started at the old location in 93. So my complaint is seriously are you charging for little cups of grated cheeses and pepper??? These are always free with the pizza especially a large in every other pizza place in the country. Also crust more than 2 inches thick? Who was flippin pies tonight? Smh never came like that before. If you have to skimp on cheese and sauce and start charging a dollar for a grated cheese and crushed red pepper which comes free with the pizza everywhere else and something’s wrong have to cross this one off my list they ruined a good thing never going back here again. If you’re going to cut corners and do it another areas not on your product and charging for grade it and crushed red pepper I could probably go into 10 or 12 places where they give you that when you buy the pizza. Unbelievable something’s off here. Totally ruined a good pie and night out. ⭐⭐⭐ And lucky they got three. Check the pics $5 per topping too at that price you should never have to charge a dollar for cheese and pepper. Smh absurd

We have been going here for 19 years. We absolutely love their food be it pizza or dinners. However, lately our take out orders have not been up to par as they have been. One of the times they totally messed up one of our wraps, I called the next day & they credited me for it which was awesome customer service at its best! Last week we ordered just a cheese pizza for delivery, an hour later I called to see if it was coming & they said there was some mistake & they were going to remake it & bring it. So they did, but it took a total of an hour and a half to get one cheese pizza. This weekend we ordered our regular order & my Philly cheese was sub par. I will not fb slam them because that’s not professional, but to spend $35 plus a tip for the driver, it’s $45 spent for food that I didn’t enjoy & won’t eat the leftovers. I don’t know if there’s been a turnover in cooks, but the wraps & food – not pizza, has declined. I don’t like spending money that I don’t get any use out of. Plus, may I add, the kids they have answering the phone, some, not all, are rude, short & not very nice, which is disheartening. I just wanted to do this review so the owners & management can see this as constructive criticism to correct the issues & rectify the problems. How else would you know if the people don’t tell you. You can’t correct what you don’t know.

Only good thing about service was the waitress was pleasant. Came back once to ask if we’re set and need a box to go. Both dishes had a creamy salty yellow sauce instead of oil and garlic. Sausage broccoli rabe was mostly spinach. Must have run out of broccoli rabe and replaced with the spinach. I think there was one sausage patty ground up in the whole dish. Totally disappointed especially for the price. The salad was very good though. Won’t be back for sure.

The restaurant is clean. The service is great. The food came out in a timely manner. Everything came out hot. I usually come here and get the pasta dish. This time I was craving a good steak. It was a special on the menu the night I was there. It came out perfectly. The calamari was a little chewy. The mozzarella appetizer was on point. The sauce recipe is amazing here. It never disappoints.

The “manager,” threatened to call the police on me after FABRICATING numerous lies about me (the number of times I called, how my delivery was handled, and what was spoken about on the phone). Not only will I NEVER order here again, but I want this place held ACCOUNTABLE for their disrespectful actions and slander against LGBTQIA+ customers.

First time iad a slices from here was today. Chicken bacon ranch and a bacon with sliced onion. Another very good pizza in a CT town. Thinner crust but not charred.

Almost two months ago I came in with a gift card I was gifted for my birthday that they kept telling me they didn’t know how to use. The manager said he would figure it out and give me a call back and I wrote down all of my information. I’ve called since then and just kept getting told the manager would give me a call back “when he had the time”. Still, nothing. Again the card was a gift so if there was no money on it or if the person who sold it to my friend forgot to activate it then they could’ve easily given me a call to let me know but all I receive is radio silence in response to every call I send out. great

Ordered the catering trays of sweet and sour meatballs, roasted potatoes, chicken francese and baked ziti for a party.
They delivered the food by the scheduled time, and Louie the delivery driver was wonderful.
Everything was a hit and had many compliments. Will definitely be ordering catering trays in the future. Kudos!

I am writing to file a complaint about my recent food delivery. The delivery person left my order on the floor outside on my steps and lied about knocking on my door. Food should be delivered handed and not left outside on a dirty surface. I was home the entire time and received no knock on the door. When I called to report the issue, the owner responded rudely and unprofessionally, which made the situation even worse. This kind of behavior and lack of respect for customers is completely unacceptable. I expect an apology and assurance that this issue will be addressed with your staff to prevent it from happening again. I also believe a refund or replacement would be appropriate given the poor service I received.
