Came for dinner, ordered 4 pizzas and cheesesticks. The first time the waitress brought us the pizza, all 4 were wrong. She then came back 10-15 minutes later with 2 out of the 4 pizzas wrong(one being literally the exact thing we had just sent back). When we told her, she acted like we were bothering her for asking for our correct order. She then fixed one of the pizzas and then acted like the other issue didnt matter. (It wasn’t as big of a deal, it was the right pizza, wrong crust.) We planned on ordering dessert, and had even asked her before we got our pizza what dessert they had. She didnt even ask, just brought us the bill which charged for everything and didnt act like it was a problem we sat there for an hour waiting for the correct pizza and still only got 75% of it right. The thin crust, that was supposed to be thick, was somehow not cooked all the way.
Once everything was fixed, it tasted okay but the service was absolutely terrible.

We came in with a group of 11. Had a short wait, but everyone was friendly and helpful. Pizza and cheese bread was amazing. We asked for two of our pizzas “extra well done” and they delivered! Seriously, great service, great food. Thanks guys!

I love this restaurant! We ordered three different pizzas, and they were all delicious. This was my first visit, and I plan to go back soon. The restaurant is very clean and the staff is very friendly.

I came here for lunch with some co-workers and we did not receive our food for a whole hour.. I can’t speak for what it may be like during dinner time but I can’t recommend this place for lunch due to the speed of service. Ultimately, we had to take our food to go and be late back to work. I’ve eaten at other Hometown Pizzas before but have never had an experience as bad this one.

Arrived 15 min before there rush started coming in was not waited on. When I arrived there were only 3 tables occupied. waited another 10 min while many folks that arrived acted I did were being waited on. I feel that if I was there that long before others that the waitstaff would have the courtesy to at least take my order. If you cannot get to a customer within 30 min when they were there before the rush hour then management needs retraining. There are too many other pizza houses in the area for anyone to accept this type of treatment.

This was my second time at the Lebanon location. My first time was the beginning of Dec. Everything was very good and I enjoyed my experience. While I understand Lebanon’s location is still under a soft opening there are some things that really need to be changed. First, no where on your menu does it say what drinks you have and our server didn’t tell us. Next, my husband and me placed a simple order of lasagna and the Italian Sub both with salads. The salad was made with no potato sticks. Next my Italian sub when brought to our table was delivered with purples onion slices about 1 1/2+ inches thick. No pickles and without the “signature” creamy Italian. I requested the dressing for the sub and my husband had asked for a refill on his tea for a second time. I was finished with half of the sub before our server returned with the dressing but no refill. We requested the refill for the third time and were finished with our meal when it was finally brought. A table near us requested a refill on their drink the same time we made our third request. Our server had forgotten it as well. There was not a knife in our silverware and it was definitely needed for the salad. We requested it and it came when we were almost finished with our salads. There is no pepper, salt, Parmesan or red pepper flakes on the table. We requested again a delay. Our server was kind and sweet but clearly overwhelmed with the size of her section. The food was good but not as well as done as other locations I visited.

Over an hour for food, ended up being late to work from lunch. As we were leaving with our to go boxes seemed like the whole staff was out smoking. Can’t recommend for lunch at all.
