Hometown Nutrition in White House is awesome, and Olivia is a huge part of why! I’m not even from the area, but every time I visit, she’s there, always super nice and welcoming. She’s even started to recognize me, which is a great personal touch. I’m notorious for wanting to tweak my drink recipes, and she’s always so cool about it, making sure I get exactly what I want. Olivia is fantastic, and this local business deserves all the support!

Great place and great staff! Everyone is super friendly and loves to serve their customers. The teas taste amazing and has helped me kick the energy drinks out of my life. Their protein shakes are plant based so I don’t feel bloated or have stomach problems after drinking these shakes. I recommend the Beauty and the Beast tea and Fried Ice Cream shake. If you’re in the area and looking for a healthy option check them out!

I’ve been waiting to come try this place out!! They had WAY more flavors than I was expecting! I instantly saw the coffee section and asked for an opinion of the best one. Already eyed this one so I knew I needed to try it. Holy moly. So tasty!! Some might say it’s a bit pricey, but for it being a meal replacement, the quality and all the things they put it in, it’s worth it in my opinion.

Herbalife is a company that sells powders to their “distributors” to make drinks. These distributors open up these stores to sell their MLM inventory as “health tea” which is actually not that great for you. Tons and tons of cases of liver damage have been officially linked to consumption of Herbalife product, including multiple liver failures requiring transplants – and one death while on a waitlist for transplant. Herbalife is banned in other countries, like Belgium. They have been fined by the US government three times in four years ($123 million settlement in Aug. 2020 for bribing China officials) and have multiple class action lawsuits filed against them (Oct. 2020 seeking $143 million settlement). There is also a case where they had to pay a fine of $200 million for putting illegal ingredients in their powders (July 2016). Support actual small business, White House! Hometown Nutrition is a disgrace to the name of small business owners, entrepreneurs, and it is especially corrupt to claim they care about your health. Here are authentic, healthy small business in White House to support instead 🙂
