Food was good typical bar type food. I asked server to have my burger be medium rare and it was medium well. Would have given 4 to 5 stars otherwise.

First time stopping in and we were blown away with how good the food was. I got a mushroom and Swiss burger with potato skins and my wife got a rueben with sour cream and chive fries. Both were very good. Then we got one of those giant cookies as we headed out the door. Delicious!

Great find! We stopped in and found the staff was friendly and very helpful. Gypsy had a perch lunch and I had a baccon cheese burger with fries. Gypsy loved the perch lunch. The cheese burger was delicious and the fries were crispy. We had ice cream for desert and it was very good. We recommend stopping by when you are in the area.

Great place to grab a burger or sandwich! I was pretty impressed by them with there large portions especially with the signature burger that was a lot larger then I was picturing I’m my head lol, but as I’m a bigger boy, it didn’t take me long to devour it for the average person though you probably going to get your fill of burger quick, and if that doesn’t do it they give you a nice portion of fries to help fill any remaining space. There definitely worth checking out for burgers, as for there breakfast I haven’t tried it yet but if it’s like there sandwiches and burgers I’m sure it’s probably awesome as well and I hope to try some the next time I’m in!

Found this gem! Food was great; portions very generous; nice atmosphere. Hubs had this burger (cannot remember the name); I had the chicken wrap – so good – even later when I finished it ( no pic), and we took home chicken tenders for the kid – he said they were great!

Driving the backs roads in Wisconsin and came upon this gem for lunch. Busy local crowd. I guess they are used to feeding hungry farmers as the portions were giant. Food was hot, delicious and plentiful. Our server Tina was lighting fast and our coffee was never empty. She was a delight, and very efficient. If you ever find yourself in Shiocton Wisconsin, don’t miss this great little restaurant!

We love Hometown Grill! It’s our favorite local place to eat specifically breakfast but any meal! The atmosphere is great the service is fantastic and the food is delicious! And it’s really fairly priced! Only regret is that we don’t live closer! We live a town or two over. We make the effort to drive here before Perkins or Denny’s or anything similar. The Homemade bread is delicious too and a must!

My wife and I have been going to this place for 30 years. We would always go on Sunday to do their broasted chicken dinner. We haven’t been there for about 3 years because we moved away. We were back in the area and thought we would stop and have their chicken special. The chicken was dry, the coating had absolutely no flavor or seasoning. The stuffing was cold like they had taken out of the refrigerator and put it on our plates. The corn tasted bland and hard like it had been made last week. The potatoes were lukewarm and hard. The only bright spot of our meals was the home made bread. We definitely will not go back.
