This place is exactly what you want in a breakfast spot. The food was fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The eggs were cooked perfectly, the home fries were crispy on the outside and soft inside, and the pancakes were light and fluffy.
Service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Coffee stayed full, and our food came out quickly even though they were busy.

Small little breakfast and lunch spot. I love the farmers omelet while my grandfather had the western omelet both with home fries and toast. They do have a cozy feeling inside and a nice bar for seating if you like that or are sitting alone.

What a find! When a little snow scares off lesser cafes from opening, Hometown pulls up the slack. Old school rugged mindsets and hearty meals for more than reasonable prices.

I placed a simple order over the phone for takeout. 3 egg omelette and a plain toasted bagel with cream cheese. Placing the order was very easy and the young man taking my order answered all my questions and was very polite. The eggs were perfectly scrambled, toast was just right. Love their fried rigatoni and they have a great grilled cheese with turkey and bacon. I went back a few days ago, I had egg in a hole I believe its called white buttered toast with fried egg in the hole to get two and a side of breakfast sausage. The best breakfast I have ever seen.
