I have worse experience for 2nd time here.last time i order samosa and its all not cooked well. And they took it back n even after that it has same issue but i think its ok its happenes some time.
i came here today n order manchurian n its all tometo gravy only n there is no any other test. And again they took it back and same test as past.
And they charge 16 CAD.
for no test in that.
Never recommend to anyone who wants to test something good at anu cost.

I recently ordered Chole Chawal, and I must say it was an absolute delight. The spice level was perfectly balanced – not too mild, not too overpowering – just the way I like it. The portion size was generous, offering great value for money. What truly stood out was the quality of the food—fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Every bite was packed with authentic taste, and it left me completely satisfied.
Overall, a wonderful experience and i highly recommended for anyone craving a comforting, delicious meal.

It was my first time going to this restaurant. I honestly was just going for a samosa. But when I came over, the delicious curry smells, when they just poured new freshly cooked meals. I had to try something else as well. So I had their chole bhature, and their samosas. The samosas was perfect, not too oily, not too dry, you can tell from the bag they give you in. The sauces to dip The samosas in were very thick and not watery like most “commercial” places.The spice in the chole bhature was delicious, flavourful, and even the paneer bites – amazing. The place might be small, but makes you really feel like you’re having mum’s food. I miss that. Just wish they had more spaces to sit and eat there .

I had dhamaka fries from Kitchener location it’s totally different recipe from Waterloo location Waterloo location have different fries in dhamaka fries that was so good but which one I Oder from Kitchener location they have normal fries in that one which one was not good in taste and they added a lot off sources in that one I will be prefer Waterloo location from next time

Visited home taste restaurant last week. We ordered veggies manchurian gravy with rice and malai paneer Tikka.
Paneer Tikka quality and quantity was good but Manchurian was not worth buying. We paid $12.99 and just got 3 pieces of manchurian ball with little gravy. I am attaching the picture with this review. If talk about the taste of manchurian – feels like 3 veggie balls dipped in tomato ketchup. $12.99 too much price for the quantity you get for manchuria.

I ordered steamed momos,rabri jar,samosas and aloo tikki chaat everything was tasty and worth every penny bt the tikki in aloo tikki chaat had a very bad smell may be its because of oil or smthng

Visited hometaste for the first time today and not to lie I am really impressed
The front staff is really polite and explained everything really well. And the food was absolutely delicious. Had chole bhature and samosas both are just wholesome. Size and portions were perfect just loved this place.

cannot believe a restaurant would treat customers this poorly. I stopped in fully intending to order, but when I asked to use the washroom, the staff flat-out refused. Absolutely unbelievable. Any place that can’t offer basic human courtesy clearly doesn’t care about customer service at all.
If this is how they treat people before they even sit down, I can’t imagine how bad the rest of the experience must be. I walked right back out and won’t be returning. There are plenty of restaurants that actually value their customers, this is definitely not one of them.

Absolutely fresh and delicious food . I recommend anyone coming to Kitchener and around the kitchener area must visit and try their food as well for the great takeout options.
