I stopped by before leaving Myrtle Beach. Was not disappointed AT ALL. Food was good. My ox tails was tender, flavorful and delicious. I never eat the beans and rice but I did when I visited this restaurant, it was actually good. Great portion size. My only suggestion is not to eat here if you’re driving back home lol. I was full and sleepy by the time I left this spot

Wow that was one of the best tasting dishes I’ve had in a long time. I’ve never had oxtail before and it did not disappoint. It was so tender the flavor profile was on point. It was mildly spicy not too spicy. The rice and peas seriously hit that sauce they put on it is so delicious and flavorful. The cabbage was cooked just right and plantains always you hit. Thank you so much to my Jamaican friend for recommending this place. I will definitely come here again.

I looked this place up online and with its good reviews I was convinced to try it out. The food was amazing, and even the medium size meal is a big portion. Food was packed with flavor and I will definitely go back. The jerk chicken was incredible!

Great atmosphere and food. I got the mixed food combo with oxtails and jerk chicken. The oxtails were pretty good, but I’ve had better elsewhere. The jerk chicken was grilled supposedly but it didn’t taste smoky or charcoaled at all. If you want jerk chicken, this is not the place to get it from. But the oxtails are good.

We stopped in on a Monday evening. We ordered curry chicken, curry goat and a side of jerk chicken. Meals come with rice, cabbage and plantain. Our food was AMAZING! Lisa, was busy and kept it all together. She was taking orders from all directions, and stayed calm and attentive while we sat at the bar. We would’ve ate here daily if we weren’t leaving the next day. We will come here every time we are in town! Excellent! Compliments to the chef!

We went on Saturday evening based on a recommendation from a hotel employee. The curry goat was delicious, plenty of gravy and rice and peas. The cabbage was delicious but we didn’t get enough of it! Overall excellent experience. They only had oxtail, goat and curry chicken left at that point which goes to show the restaurant does well! Will definitely come back on next visit to Myrtle Beach!!!

We visited while on vacation because of the high ratings. They did not disappoint. This great Jamaican restaurant feels like home, for sure. The food was amazing; we ordered medium curry goat and medium jerk chicken. The portions were very good. We definitely could not finish it in one sitting. We will be back.

I decided to give this place a try after reading the other reviews. I ordered the jerk chicken, oxtails, and a side of fried chicken, especially after reading about how good the fried chicken was.
I can say that the reviews were spot on. The food was delicious! I especially enjoyed the cabbage and wished that I had ordered a side of plantain because I could have eaten more. The portions were large and the food was flavorful. This is definitely one of the best Jamaican restaurants I have been to, and I will definitely be returning. In addition, I took my order to go, but the establishment was clean and the bartender was friendly. The wait wasn’t too long.
