Stopped in for a quick bite or snack – saw the menu and stayed for drinks, appetizers, the lunch!
We were seted immediately and had a wonderfully pleasant server.
From beginning to conclusion, it was a great culinary experience.
The artichokes were fried in lite batter, the baguettes crisp and the dip creamy.
The Marry Me Chicken and the Salmon Laurie were both phenomenal.
Due to the generous serving sizes, we were unable to top it off with any dessert.
So happy we stopped in! Highly recommend.

This restaurant appeared to be quite popular. Myself and party of two others arrived around 12:50 towards the end of the lunch rush. The dining room was very full and 3-4 patrons at the bar. The atmosphere was elevated bistro. We were quickly seated at a four top. The chairs were mismatched. Two wooden chairs and two rather low chairs were placed around our table. I sat in a chair that was to low for the table and had upholstery problems. A styling of the chair is pictured at our table. The staff was excellent and the high point of the visit. Super friendly and did the best they could.

So first I ordered an unsweetened ice tea. You could tell it was freshly brewed. It was really grade A. My guests (2 people) ordered waters with lemon. One of my guest pointed out the lemons still had seeds. Not a big deal in my book. The server quickly took our orders. I and one of my guest, we both ordered each a whole B.L.T. and chips. The other guest ordered a 4 Oz. hamburger and fries.

The food took about 30 minutes to come out.

The hamburger was good according to my guest. It appeared larger than 4 Oz advertised. I did note the server never asked about how she wanted it. It came out medium. My guest ate it despite the fact that she normally has it grilled longer. She particularly liked the French fries and pickle spear that came with it. This was the consensus that the pickle was great with all our meals.

So, the B.L.T.s were edible for full disclosure, but grade only a C- The bread was not toasted only one piece appeared grilled. The bacon was perfect. Not greasy and nice crisp. Only a couple strips cut into two for the whole sandwich. Additionally, The plating was not the best. I normally don’t take pictures of my half eaten food, but thought it warranted to show the bread and how uneven it was in presentation.

But the really disappointing part were the chips. These were either burn or old grease. Some of the chips were not properly fried. The salt was not evenly distributed. I tried one and they were not good. I am not going to give a grade because I did not eat them as I deemed non edible. I simply left them on my plate as did my guest.

The server took our plates and asked if we wanted dessert. We simply had to get back on the road to make it to our event in Maine.

This place had a neat vibe and a pretty cool looking stage. I saw some good looking tacos at the next table. I think maybe end of lunch rush got them? My response to the whole experience was “It was just ok”.

My husband and I, along with family members and a baby stopped here for a late lunch (about 3pm). It was not busy which wouldnt be surprising for that time of day, even if a Saturday; only 3-4 tables were occupied. Upon being shown to our table, the hostess promptly brought a high chair which was appreciated. The server was Ages before coming to provide menus. We asked for setups as no napkins, silverware were on the table for us. It was several minutes vefore drinks were delivered and still no napkins etc. We gave our orders and it was 1/2 hour vefore our food was delivered. Guess what, in all that time, in a Slow customer environment ..when food was delivered…Still No Setups. Again, we had to remind her. The food…a grade of C. Plating was a sent. Two of our party irdered the Avacado Chicken sandwich..No Avacado. When we brought it to our seever’s attention, she had to go back to the kitchen and ask. At no point was there empathy or concern demonstrated. When she came back, we were told they were Out of Avacado. What restaurant creates the dish with missing focal ingeedient & doesnt inform the server to tell their customer, offer an alternative, etc. since our party had already started eating, the festaurant never even offered to discount the entre’s either. When I asked for ut upon getting the check n seeing they didnt even do a 2-for1, the server again..had to go ask. Several minutes later when she finally returned, she asked Me what I would like offered!?!?..what the heck?..put the customer in that position? I was disgusted. Where was the Manager to come visit the customer table and express apology, offer a coupon, something?? Now, while the atmosphere is nice and casual-bistro, the furniture is dated, but serviceable. Other dishes were food. Fish n Chips was a decent portion. The chios are homemade and crispy right out of the fryer..quite good. Staff were pleasant, but service was very slow (without many customers). Prices for sandwiches were reasonable and the burger was Huge. An okay experience, but I cant give more than 3.5*.

Today was my first visit for some takeout at lunch. I have to compliment this place because even their takeout is pretty! I did not take a picture because I ate it too fast, but opening up that box and seeing the burrito bowl laid out so beautifully was incredible! While I waited I had a delicious tequila cocktail that donated money to some sort of domestic violence cause and it was perfectly balanced! They were a little short staffed so you did have to wait a little longer, but the food is definitely worth that wait. I plan to come back when I have a little more time and I’m not just trying to just grab a quick lunch. I will absolutely recommend this place to friends and I will absolutely be back a second time.

So what was my burrito bowl like? It sort of seemed like a Frenchman’s take on Californian style Mexican food. The greens were beautifully crisp, the avocado was perfectly ripe, the beans were meaty and might not be vegetarian, but we’re super delicious. The tofu was soaked in some kind of spicy buffalo sauce and complemented the super tasty pickled red onions. I would absolutely order this again and I can’t wait to try the tacos next time.

P.s. are you a nursing mother? I heard one of the servers offer a mother and her newborn baby a private room to nursing rather than taking up a restroom… Pretty lux special treatment. This might be my new favorite restaurant

I’ll admit, I’m not someone who eats for the sheer joy of it. For me, food is typically more about survival than savoring. But then, there are those rare, magical moments when a meal truly sweeps me off my feet—and this place absolutely delivered one of those experiences!

I first visited during a work lunch, and I’ve been completely obsessed ever since. The flavors were incredible—delicious is an understatement. I can’t stop talking about what I ordered, and in the past two weeks, I’ve recommended this spot to at least four people. It’s safe to say I’m hooked.

While the food is a bit on the pricey side, it’s *so* worth it. My only hope is that they expand their menu to include gluten-free buns or pizza dough in the future. That would truly make this place unbeatable!

Don’t mind my blurry photos, I was a little rushed.

Wife and I came here for a dinner this Friday night, typically the waitresses take awhile to come by the tables, however our waitress for the night this time did an exemplary job. Very attentive, very prompt and very kind. If you are coming here for dinner, be sure to ask if Ella is working.
We haven’t had every waitress here by any means, but she is easily and without competition the best that we’ve had out of 10-15 visits.
Also the cook did a great job on the ribeye, cooked perfect.

We’ve been coming here for years and it’s just so disappointing that the food is hit or miss. Sometimes it’s amazing. Other times, the exact same dish, is so bad that you can’t believe a restaurant is serving it. Tonight was the latter. So bad. My husband got the wrong kind of pasta than what was listed, and it was so salty it was hardly edible. Mine was about half the size it normally is, overcooked, and was missing a couple ingredients. The bartender is awesome so I think we’ll just come for drinks if we keep coming. Really hope they can figure out the food/kitchen issue. It seems to be ongoing, for years.

We stopped in for lunch on a weekday while passing through town. The space is large and clearly has ambition, trying to blend eclectic touches with upscale elements. It’s the kind of place a town like this needs, and we were hoping for a great experience.

Unfortunately, the service wasn’t quite there yet. Our hostess wasn’t particularly welcoming, and our server never introduced themselves. The advertised special outside was already sold out when we arrived, and after a lengthy wait for our entrees, we were told one of our dishes was also unavailable – without being offered a menu to choose a replacement. We had to order from memory. When our food finally arrived via a different server, we couldn’t even identify who our original waitress was to request drink refills.

The good news is the food itself was decent, which shows the kitchen has promise. The restaurant seems to be finding its footing, and with better service training and communication, this could be a real asset to the community. Places like this deserve a chance to succeed.

Their service was friendly, helpful and timely. The food was wonderful. Portions were large enough to get a second meal at home from them. Pricing was fair. We will definitely eat there again.
