The food here was excellent, although going right in the middle of the lunch rush was perhaps unwise. There was one person working the register (and also serving the ice cream) and what appeared to be two people preparing food. The longest part was the wait to order, though, and the food came out fairly quickly. The burgers were juicy and flavorful, the fries were solid, and the ice cream treats were excellent.

Highly recommend! The staff are wonderful and friendly, the ice cream is incredible and the food was fabulous! I got an eggnog shake that I will be dreaming about the rest of the season and my meal was a classic burger combo with an upgrade to the truffle fries (great decision).
A little on the pricey side but I think that should be expected for locally sourced or farm to table restaurants.

Can’t believe we slept on this place for so long. Best burger I’ve had in a LONG time. It was simply delicious. Daughter had the hot dog and it was also super tasty. The only thing that would make Homespun is hand-cut fries. All of the staff were lovely, and the vibe inside is great. Go get a burger NOW!!

Stopped here for lunch on the way back from an event in Loudoun County. Ordered ahead online and food was ready when we arrived. Delicious burgers and fries. Not greasy at all. I appreciated the gluten free bun option as well. Highly recommend!!

Loved this place! A tad on the higher side price wise, but the food is tasty and farm fresh, well worth it. The burgers are awesome and the shakes go great with the meal. Kid approved as well!

Just stopped on our way from Washington to Roanoke. Needed ice cream and saw the sign along the road. Stopped by for grilled cheese and soup. Thought we had driven in to Hallmark set when we drove in to town. Homespun was wonderful. Friendly, inviting and cozy (not small). We really had a memorable day. Great.
