I eat at Homer’s a lot when I’m in town for work. Even with once-a-week visits, I’ve never gotten tired of it. My favorite orders are the pulled pork sandwich, oriental chicken wrap, and chicken noodle soup. It’s one of the best-value options, and seems to be a local favorite as there are always plenty of people dining in regardless of how late I’m there for lunch. It’s a large space with many tables. Connected is the Sweetheart Bakery, which I’ve enjoyed a few delicious treats from.

great prices, service, food, and everything! The deli has a subway type of style where you just order what you want and get the toppings as chosen.
I did the pair of half soup and half salad. This was $7.70 and super filling. Ordered and sat within 3 minutes if even. Plenty of seating. Busy environment. Don’t forget the bakery attached for super creative cookies and tasty treats!

Nice hometown atmosphere. Reviews raved about the sandwiches. Soup and sandwiches were good, but not spectacular as I was led to believe. Fresh bakery goods were spectacular, however. Fresh breads, croissants, pastries, even my all time favorite, carrot cake! Those are the items that will bring me back.

About an hour from where i live and always make it a point to stop here when I’m in the Clinton area! Stopped on a later evening and even though they had just closed the bakery the lovely ladies at the counter helped us anyways.. Which we were very appreciative of because we look forward to getting cookies afterwards!

We ordered our wedding cake and cupcakes from Sweetheart Bakery for our wedding. The cupcakes and the cake were gorgeous not to mention absolutely delicious.
We ordered about 156 cupcakes and at the end of the night there were only a few handfuls left to take home with us because everyone thought they were delicious!
We did a tasting and thought the chocolate, white, and raspberry flavors were amazing.
The staff was also very nice and professional. They kept me updated about the process and delivery for the day of, every step of the way.

Wonderful family business with friendly staff. The bakery has many delicious goodies to choose from and now offers an espresso bar! Our family always gets the kiddos birthday cake from here. As for the deli, everything is always fresh and they offer great catering options!
