Just a short walking distance from the Ferry dock, you’ll find some delicious home cooked comfort food, served up quick and hot. Limited seating, so call in for a reservation around lunchtime. I was luckily able to walk right in just prior to my Ferry departing. I had the crab cakes and slaw, with a black coffee. The cakes were flavorful, unique, but still good and tasty. The music is enjoyable and upbeat as you chill and ease drop on the locals solving the world’s problems. My server was awesome and personable. Highly recommend you stop here, as there aren’t many other options in town. Cool vibe.

Large portions with good food. Fried and grilled. Fries were really light and quality. Lots of em. One of the few places to eat in town and worth it.

Nothing crazy fancy here; very small place with limited seating, BUT… the food is excellent home-style. We had a pair of tuna melts that were outstanding. Yeah, a bit of a wait but it was very busy as the ferry had just let out. We ate at one of the picnic tables outside and enjoyed people-watching the Vinalhaven visitors and locals alike. Recommended.

Great, friendly service! We had the chicken& cheese wrap and the steak & cheese wrap. Wouldn’t mind it if they offered one or two options of dessert to go with our coffee. A very cheery and welcoming place.

Perfect place to stop for lunch! Our club is on a tour of Maine from Delaware and we stopped on the island of Vinalhaven. This place was very accommodating for 15 people. Food came out so fast. Service was wonderful! 10/10 recommend

Chicken sandwiches and basics are good, solid fries. Double whatever wait time they give for takeout and you’ll be in good shape.
The haddock and most of the fried seafood offerings are frozen, so adjust expectations for island life.

Lunch following a Masonic meeting next door. I had the haddock fish and chips. The fries were as delicious as the fish was fresh. Big portions. Great little restaurant on the island.

Food was very good but when we ordered our sandwiches we were asked if we wanted chips, fries or onion rings with our sandwich. It wasn’t until we got out bill that we found out the fries were $2.99 extra. We really felt deceived!

Great place for lunch on Vinalhaven Island. Service was great and food was excellent. Even got to talk with a salty summer resident who has been coming to the island for 70+ years. Jumped off our bikes and walked right in. Check it out if you can.
