We have been wanting to try Homeplate Bar & Grill for quite some time. They are only open M-F so living farther away we hadn’t had the chance until Presidents Day we decided to go and have lunch. Pictured is the Mushroom/Swiss burger with Cheese curds, Patty Melt with fries and Double Bacon Cheese Burger with Waffle Fries. Our meals were soooo good reminds you of having a home cooked meal instead of everything coming from a box. Portions are large enough to definitely fill you up. They also have limited beer choices which is nice if you like to have one with your meal (we do).
Our waitress was so sweet and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our meal. We are happy-go-lucky people and always joking around our waitress joined right in and WE LOVE THAT!! I highly recommend visiting Homeplate Bar & Grill you will not be disappointed! 5 ⭐️

Basic home town little place to eat and catch up on gossip. Hamburgers home made. Great fresh hand cut fries. Coffee was mediocre. Staff was friendly. Simple menu of hamburgers,pizza, chicken tenders, grilled cheese, BLT and a selection of appetizers.

Homeplate bar and grill is amazing all around. The owners and employees are always kind and helpful. I deliver groceries to them from walmart from time to time and its always a pleasure. If you are looking for the best burger in town Homeplate is where to find it.

Normally awesome place. Last time I was there the older waitress was extremely rude and acted inconvenienced by every interaction she had to have with me, including when she wrote my order down wrong and I tried to pay for the burger I actually ordered. Which resulted in her rudely (and loudly) telling the girl at the counter “that’s NOT what she had” while glaring at me. when I said it was what I ordered the Waitress actually raised her voice at me insisting she was right and I just changed my mind last minute and suddenly wanted something else. I understand everyone has bad days but the behavior was unnecessary and inappropriate.
