Our first time here. Wow! Was so delicious, hot and flavorful. Had the chicken shawarma wrap and brought home the babaganoush but not without trying a bite first. The pita it came with was so fresh and the dip was perfect. Split the baklava and it too was delicious. The “homemade “ part is definitely notable. So excited to have fresh quality, good prices, friendly service and great portions nearby. Will tell friends and will surely be back!

Hiba’s gotta be one of the best to ever do it. I drove by this place every day for months, and my only regret is that I didn’t take the time to stop by sooner. Her falafel wrap is one of the best I’ve ever had, with pickled onions and garlic sauce that are to die for. The spinach pie is also amazing.
If this were anywhere else, she’d be winning awards and swarmed by influencers.

We’ve tried almost everything on the menu and it has all been excellent. So glad to have fresh, delicious Lebanese food. The owner is very accommodating and really cooks with love.
I gave atmosphere 5 stars, because the owner is so friendly and welcoming, but full disclosure, it is a food truck in a small parking lot. A great take out option

We stopped here on our way back home because it sounded tasty and had 5 stars. We were amazed at the quality and flavor of the food! The beef shawarma is incredibly delicious. The hummus, amazing. We also got the falafel and chicken shawarma, which I was told was stellar. We’ll be back again and again. If this is what she can do with a food truck…this place needs to be a permanent restaurant!

The plate is sooo good. The sauces are excellent, need to add extra because it’s so good! I wish there was a full salad option and side chicken option. The plate is big enough to split between two people, need side option chicken, please add on DoorDash. Eggplant side wasn’t very good though.

The food is wonderful, the outdoor seating has an amazing view (bring your jacket). I recommend ordering extra garlic sauce and the chicken combination for two. Lady is really awesome, she is wonderfully outgoing, beautiful and polite. I read somewhere she is married though.

Tucked into a small red trailer in the liquor store parking lot on Route 103 across from Jillian’s, Homemade Mediterranean is an absolute gem.
I ordered a falafel wrap, and it was fantastic, crispy, fresh, and packed with flavor. My wife had the fried cauliflower wrap, and even though she normally doesn’t like Mediterranean food, she was blown away by how delicious it was, especially with the tahini sauce. We also got sides of garlic sauce and tahini, plus a tub of hummus to take home. The hummus was smooth, rich, and some of the best I’ve had.
The food came out in about 10–15 minutes, which felt quick, though the owner kept apologizing as if it were taking too long clearly she cares about the customer experience. They also offer a call-ahead number, which is great if you’re short on time.
The menu has all the classics you’d expect at a Mediterranean spot, and everything tasted fresh and homemade. There are chairs and a picnic table right near the trailer that overlooks Cole’s River. Bring cash although she takes electronic payments. We’ll definitely be back and really hope this place sticks around for a long time. A true local treasure!
