We usually go to the other location on Bardstown near Highlands and wish we would’ve this time. Selection at this location tiny and most popular pie & ice cream selections gone. Service ok. For a great selection, guessing you have about a 10-15 minute drive to find many times the selection of fresh baked pies.
Women’s restroom out of service & looked like had been a while. The men’s room needed a good deep cleaning.

Just Went there for New Year’s eve 2025-2026. I absolutely loved this ice cream and pie shop! The cakes are made so thick with icing that every bite makes you want another one. The atmosphere wasn’t crowded at all—it felt peaceful, like you could walk in, relax, and truly enjoy your time. It’s the perfect place to chat with friends or family, or even just enjoy some quiet time for yourself.
The staff is wonderful and welcoming, with genuine Southern-style hospitality that makes you feel right at home. I love coming here for the calm, the kindness, and of course a sweet treat. Highly recommend!

Ice cream was very good. We got there late about 9;40 and the staff was very friendly. I had the pumpkin which I loved and the peace love and chocolate which was also very good.

I’m not particularly a pie or cake person but wanted something sweet and decided to give them a try. I’m glad I did! The chocolate chess pie and chocolate chip pecan pies were delicious and did not disappoint! I got a kid scoop of creme brulee ice cream to cut the extra richness of the pie and it was just right-yummy… And they warn up the slice for you. Old time nostalgia at it’s finest ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

They don’t have a menu with the prices displayed, or prices anywhere that I saw other than discounted pie. I just bought these cake balls, and they were not in the display case, They were on the back counter, look at the ridiculous size difference, they have no quality control because this is not the first time I’ve gotten like a cookie and one is small and one is giant, all for the same price. $10 for these 4 cake balls

Awesome Order! I had a bizarre yet important Sweet 16 birthday “cake” order and they fulfilled it with no questions asked! Cookie cake and buckeyes! My daughter was so happy!! The folks also put it in a perfect easy to carry container.

So good and so fresh! Everything made in-house. The Wife and I split this dish and oh my was it goooood! Ice cream was a peanut butter and chocolate choice. SO GOOD. Can’t remember the name of it tho, but it had buckeyes in it as well. YUM!
