Really enjoyed this place. The Catfish was perfect & all the food was prepared well. The only thing is would be that, there wasn’t AC, Except for in one small room. We used that area, so it worked out well. The place is cozy however & it’s definitely worth it to eat there. I will definitely return when in the Asheville area!

Five of us came around 430. Not many people. Service excellent. Food outstanding. Pimpin chicken sandwich excellent, trout with sememe kale outstanding. Kid had grilled cheese ate it all(rare). Will return.

Another referral by some locals. My husband LOVED the chicken sandwich and I loved watching him eat. When there’s more chicken than sandwich, you know you’ve found a winner! With deliciously sweetened pickles, lettuce and fresh sprouts, we give this chicken sandwich an easy 12 out of 10. My fish wasn’t too bad either. Pan fried beautifully with a side of some of the best greens not made from Grandma’s kitchen. Not the best place to go if you’re watching what you eat, but a nice choice for cheat day!! The atmosphere is really cute, and plenty of seating inside or out.

LOVED it!! Too many choices to not come back to try them all! We had shepherd’s pie and the redneck arancini (fried pork bbq balls). Yum. Very small so plan for that but everything coming out of that kitchen looked so good.
