The only way this place must be in business is from their alcohol and game revenue because it can’t be from their food IMO. My food tonight was terrible. The mushrooms were actually black and burnt and the oil looks, smells and tastes like it hasn’t been changed in a month. We couldn’t eat the mushrooms at all and I did get a refund for them. But the rest of our meal was terrible too and tasted like bad oil/grease. I’m actually very afraid that I could get sick from this place I really really hope not but I’m actually having anxiety that I might because if the food was all this bad it makes me wonder how the food is being handled in the kitchen. This is unfortunate. I got a refund for the mushrooms but in all honesty the other meal wasn’t eaten either because my mom lost her appetite with how everything was and I feel like throwing mine up which I probably will so I really deserved my entire meal to be refunded. We not only wasted our money but I now have anxiety about getting sick over the little bit that I consumed. Ugh just not good.

Just moved to this area a few months ago and this is a solid spot!! Clean, friendly staff, scratch kitchen. Everything I’ve tried so far is delicious especially the pizza and calzones!! The crust has cheese and butter backed into it, soo good. One time I was in the health inspector was doing paperwork next to me and was saying how nice it was back there saying he wasn’t surprised the got top ratings 5 years in a row! Makes me comfortable knowing I’m not gonna have any surprises lol.

I really did like the food but the bartender was flirty with my boyfriend after we had ate and everything. She formally introduced herself, tried to see where he lives, and told him her work schedule without anyone asking which I took it as she wanted him to keep going to see her. I am confident in our relationship, but it was disrespectful to do that on someone’s date night. I thought she was trying to be nice at first but she wasn’t talking to me at all. Her attention was directly on him.

Having supported this grill a dozen times over the past two years I can finally say I’ve been mostly disappointed by their service staff. I’m not a regular – and most of my visits I’ve felt ignored and not a priority while I’ve watched many examples of better service given to someone they know. It’s a shame because I’d probably be a regular if I felt the servers made a consistent effort to be friendly, observant and present when I need a drink or want to place a food order.
The food is pretty good and there are lots of selections. Bar is well stocked but… I’ve given up on this place because I’ve rarely felt welcome.

Disappointed. Service was really bad they had just one server and one cook. Top it off server was pregnate so could only do so much. There about 20 people there so figured everything was gonna come fast but it took 25 min for our appetizers had to get up to get my refills at the bar cause server took too long. Food was ehh i would only eat there food if i was trying to sober up burgers were 6/10 got the tripleplay my brother got the sonora burger fries were soft not hot or crispy. To be honest best thing here was there ice cold beer about it not coming back, wouldn’t reccommend to anyone

I never leave bad reviews but was so frustrated. We would have left if we didn’t drive over 20 minutes to try it out. Cool place and good food. Fun date night but the service was bad. Bartenders would rather flirt and order for the regulars first. By the time we finally got a menu and ordered probably over 30 minutes passed by.

Food is pretty good depending on what you order, but don’t come early in the week and early in the day because there is only one server and one cook. If you do and there are more than a few people in the bar, you WILL have to wait behind regulars to get served drinks, let alone food. You better order your food when you order drinks or you’ll have to wait over 20 min more while you get pushed back in the pecking order. It’s best to go on the weekend after 2 so you won’t be neglected. There will be no bussing of tables when there is one bartender/ server. Cuts into socializing time.
Your labor cost isn’t high or maybe your profit margin is too thin for you to schedule another person to keep patrons other than regulars to get food and drinks timely.

I was recently asked to never come back or law enforcement would be called. I’ve been going to this establishment for about 8 years. This was from a conversation that I had with another patron and she listened to it from their cameras and didn’t like the conversation I had. Despite the conversation I had, understand that someone will and is listening to what is being said at any given moment. Be careful what you talk about.
