We visited Home Eat in Fremont during winter break and had a solid dine‑in experience.
We ordered:
• Beef Wrap ($9.75)
• Shrimp & Ham Fried Rice ($12.75)
• Chicken Noodle Soup ($13.75)
• Secret Lamb Wok ($18.75)
All dishes came out quickly, served hot, and portions were generous for the price.
One detail we really appreciated was the table setup: extra bowls, plates, and utensils were already placed on the table, so we didn’t need to call the server repeatedly. The dining space is large, easy to move around, and works well for groups or families.
They didn’t give us a physical menu — only a QR code to order — but we noticed another table had a printed menu. Personally, I prefer having the menu, since it’s easier to browse.
We’ll definitely return if we’re in Fremont, CA again.

I was surprised by how quickly the food arrived. We had the mongolian beef, the beef wrap, and orange chicken. The mongolian beef was phenomenal. The beef wrap was also superb. I wouldn’t order the orange chicken again, but I think it’s more a personal preference than lack of quality. We arrived pretty early in the evening because we had a toddler and an infant with pretty early bedtimes. When we arrived around 5:30, there were lots of tables open. When we left around 6:30, almost every table was full. We had been sitting in the back and it was so fun to walk out and see what other people had on their tables. Such a huge variety of delicious looking dishes!

This place is awesome. I haven’t had a bad dish yet, everything is extremely tasty. Some people may dislike it but you order at your table with a QR code, and can continue adding as you please. The food always comes very quickly and is always quite hot (unless it’s a cold dish). The service is great, though occasionally tough to get someone’s attention if needed, they are all very nice and attentive. I now eat here all the time, can’t get enough.

Delicious and satisfying! I ordered the Tidu Sliced Beef Pot and Pork & Cabbage Dumplings from Homeeat, and both dishes were amazing. We were looking for a place to eat after our hike at Lake Chabot, and ended up finding this place.
We ordered the Beef Wrap and Numbing Spicy BBQ Fish Fillet.
The Numbing Spicy BBQ Fish fillet came with Fish Tofu, Soybean Sprouts, Jalapeno, Celery, Cauliflower, Lotus Root, Onion, Peanut, and Sesame. One thing I liked about this dish was that the fish was boneless, but other than this, I didn’t find it amazing. The flavor-wise was just solely spicy, so you couldn’t taste anything else, which was a bit of a letdown. I wish there were more layers of flavors and fragments. I would not recommend this dish.
On the other hand, their Beef Wrap was amazing. It was wrapped in Scallion Pancake, Beef, Scallion, and Cilantro. The portion was huge and stuffed with braised beef slices. With the addition of cilantro, it tasted really delicious! Highly recommended.
Besides that, we were really disturbed by the server. While we were only halfway through our meals, he already placed the check on our table. I noticed he did the same thing to other tables that just gotten their food. It felt like the restaurant was trying to rush people out. It was only 2pm, and the place wasn’t even busy. This is something they really should address.

A must stop every time we are in fremont, this place has not disappointed. The food is very delicious reasonably priced in large portions. The servers don’t come to your table to see if you need anything else.That’s kind of a downside, but if you wave them down, they are very helpful. I also like to look at how clean the restaurant’s restrooms are and happy to report that their restroom is also very clean. We ran into a family we knew at the restaurant, and they too, said the same thing ‘we have to come to this place every time we are in fremont.

Easy to order through the QR code and very inviting atmosphere! Service is very easy once they arrive when they bring out your food. It’s never really too crowded here and the prices are very reasonable. I always like the fact that they have something on sale every month. They usually have a catalog for this mailed out locally
