I absolutely loved my brunch here. Everything was amazing from the drinks and food to the staff and atmosphere I don’t have enough good things to say. I got the cold brew Collins and the banana cream pie drinks and both were delicious and not too strong. For food I got the oreo pancakes, the chocolate torte(?), and not pictured was a hashbrown I got to go. The staff was very personable and she added sparklers to my pancakes for my birthday.

My husband and I were visiting the area for a wedding and stopped at Home 231 for some brunch on our way out on Sunday. We absolutely loved it! I ordered the Smoked Salmon and Eggs and he got the Eggs Benedict. I probably loved mine even more than him, but we were both pleased with our meal. We loved the restaurant’s unique vibe of breakfast food served with cocktails. The overall atmosphere was great and the servers were kind and friendly. I will definitely be coming back next time we are in the area!

Home 231 is one of the best restaurants in Harrisburg. True farm to table, seasonal food with a number of creative menu concoctions. Insanely good seasonal desserts too.

The menu at Home 231 offers a great selection of brunch dishes. The food was very tasty, but the service was very lacking. Our server wasn’t very attentive. It took nearly 25 minutes to receive our cup of coffee.

Food was really mediocre. I ordered chicken confit. Chicken was flavorless overcooked and dry 3/10.. The corn chowder lobster soup was good a 6/10 Service was excellent. Atmosphere was great. Parking can be a problem. Not likely to go back.

This old style home, reminiscent of colonial towns of America, turned into a restaurant was very pleasant and beautiful experience. You’re greeted by the hostess who was attending at bar. The atmosphere is calm and enhanced by the artwork that fills the walls. The food was exceptional, I would compare it to fine dining at NYC. The service was the best part as our server, Riley, and Olivia were amazing even though they were about to close for the day, and during a holiday, that’s not NYC, lol. Overall, this was a delightful and our last evening in Harrisburg.

I tried the Brussel Sprout Caesar Salad, it was amazing! My friend had the Greek Salad. The service was amazing! Would recommend and return!

We had a really excellent meal here. We stopped in during brunch service on a Sunday and were fortunate to get a seat at the bar. My wife’s drink was excellent, unique and well made. Both of our dishes (the hanger steak and the smoked salmon) were really good, excellent flavors and well prepared. They had a small but well chosen local beer selection. The bartender was very friendly and helpful and very good at her job. Definitely one we would stop back at when we fund ourselves in Harrisburg again.

Meh. We went for brunch. You needed reservations so we ate at the bar which was fine. The bartender was very attentive and filled our coffee. I had the quiche. It was dry and not creamy. My friend had the “eat your vegetables”. He said it was just OK. My quiche came with an odd round hash brown that looked like a muffin. It wasn’t very tasty. The best thing was the plumb cobbler with red wine ice cream. This place seems to do desserts well.
