Awesome spot, I can’t wait to come back and try more. It was an uncommon category of food and was fun variety. We tried the Italian combo.
The fries were heavenly. The perfect ratio of crisp to chewy and nicely salted. The sandwich had delicious meat and the whipped guacamole (making it that nice creamy texture). The only thing is that there was a lot of mayo.
The service was fantastic. The woman that takes your order is super sweet and explains the menu for you as a new timer. Spanish /english speaker. Although we got our order to go, they had a seating area that looks like they would bring your food to you if you dined in.

Went there tonight hoping to eat at Guisos, but they were closed. Thankfully there were three other food trucks. I thought it was really cool how they had a heated indoor eatery where they bused tables so we didn’t have to wait or eat in our car. The employees were so friendly and answered my questions well. And the food. The food! Again, we weren’t going out for Chilean food, but what we got was amazing. Quality ingredients, quality cooking. The broth from the lomo saltado was flavorful but mild–just right (not like overly salty soy sauce). And the sauteed vegetables were so good. My boyfriend got the barros luco, the bread, beef, cheese were perfect. I thought it was a boring order, but it was simple and tasty. The lomo saltado was a full meal, but I got an empanada de pino too. Piping hot, authentic. A very satisfying night. Thank you!

Got the churrasco italiano with fries and an ice cold Coke at the Provo Farmers market today. Homemade bread. Steak was flavorful and zero toughness at all. I ate half then watched my wife, 8 months pregnant and sensitive to tomatoes, gristle, textures etc, DEVOUR her half without a word. We agreed, it was delicious and left us both “guatisfecho,” as I would have said in Chile.
Even recommended it to 3 other strangers at the market who went and got one.
Also, the owner not only had the most impressive beard, but was extremely personable and kind and knowledgeable. Took fantastic care of us. AND to top it off, my sandwich was ready before I even finished talking with the owner. Maybe 4 minutes tops from ordering.

I love this little food truck. The staff are all extremely friendly, and passionate about what they do. I really like their Italiano sandwich, and it hits the spot for me every time. They also give a ton of fries if you order them, eat them while they’re hot! But this food takes me back to Chile, and I love conversing with the people.
It seems that their location on google maps may need to be updated, the past two times I have gone, they’ve been located at 515 N State street Orem.
Parking is a bit dodgy, but it depends on how many trucks and customers there are at a given moment.
It seems that a bunch of other food trucks got together over there and have made a little food truck hub, it’s great to see all the different vendor options, and they even have a space where you can eat indoors. It’s got tables and even a little AC unit. You can tell they are still working on the space, I hope that given time they will decorate the place, and it will become an even more amazing Latino food truck haven!

This was my husband and I’s first experience with Chilean sandwiches and we will definitely be coming back! The staff was incredibly kind, immediately greeting us and explaining the menu. The sandwiches were fantastic. I had the brazilaño and my husband had an italiano, we split a cheese empanada. They also brought us a small plate of salchicha con papas for our toddler.
The portions were generous, everything cooked fresh and tasted fantastic. To enhance the experience I recommend being ready to speak Spanish or bring a friend who can, these are real Chileans giving a wholesome Latino atmosphere.

This place is a hidden treasure! Their Chilean Churrasco sandwiches are the best I’ve ever had, even in Chile. I also enjoyed their ceviche mixto a lot. They opened a small indoor area to enjoy your food while sitting down and enjoying your meal.
