Meh, inches short of a first down.
I really wanted to like this place, but the food was just kinda mediocre.
Brisket wasn’t really smoked and just kind of bland, beans tasted like canned beans that were doctored up a bit. Silverware had rust stains, all of the sides came in plastic cups.
Wait staff was very pleasant. Portions are enormous.

I visited this restaurant last month with my husband. After a long day of hiking, we were starving and needed a place for a quick bite before we head to Brooklyn. Their customer service was amazing. The sandwiches were pretty tasty and huge portion for your money’s worth. We left satisfied and really happy about the experience. HOLY SMOKE THAT WAS GOOD! I will definitely visit them again and try something new on their menu. The place is really nice too!

Great beer selection. We were not sure what to order. The waitress gave us little shots beer samples. Awesome!!! The restaurant is big, rustic, with great service.
We order a platter dish call the pig nic :). Ribs, pull pork, sausage and beef brisket, with 4 sides. Sweet potato fries, cream spinach, mac n cheese and banging garlic mashed potatoes. Corn bread comes with the order. My faves were the pulled pork and the sausages. The brisket and the ribs were a bit dry. The sides were good, but I didn’t care for the mac n cheese and the corn bread.
I don’t know if it was because we went on a Thursday that maybe it’s not too busy, but I think the meat wasn’t at it’s best. The flavor was there, but the temperature wasn’t. It was just warm. The service was great!! We felt at home. We luv it! We will comeback x sure.

Best BBQ around! Large portions! Had to try before the pic! Brisket was so delicious & tender! Beer batter onion rings you could taste the beer! Yum!
