We had a wonderful experience at Holy Grounds this morning! We were greeted immediately & warmly and offered a menu. We both got dark roast coffee, it was delicious! The perfect temperature & tasted divine. We also got two breakfast bagels, absolutely delicious with real egg and our choice of cheese. (We got cheddar) The fruit parfait was also perfect & the fruit was so fresh! The atmosphere & experience was so warm, inviting and the best experience we’ve had in a coffee shop in a long time! We didn’t dine in but the seating was so inviting and comfortable looking. Every single person who works there was so kind & customer service oriented. It was such a phenomenal experience!! ☕

I love small coffee shops and cafes and this place fits the bill. Atmosphere is warm and welcoming. My strawberry acai was yum.My wife’s chai was warm and perfect on the blend. My danishes were warm and flaky and made correctly. My wife’s pumpkin cheesecake muffin was spot on.

Wonderful little coffee shop. I had the iced Wildflower Latte and it was amazing!! They make their cold foam with heavy cream and put honey in it. It was so thick and delicious! Sorry that I didn’t get a picture of it! Had three macaroons and they were quite tasty as well. I did my order as it to go so I didn’t sit inside, but it has some really cute little cozy corners to hang out. I wish it was closer to me so I could go more often but this is definitely a must visit!!

What a wonderful coffee shop! We were driving through the area and decided to stop by and we’re so glad we did! The coffee, jasmine green tea, and desserts were all delicious! My husband and I especially loved the Christian atmosphere and all the Bible verse decor around the shop! We can’t wait to be back 🙂

Being a lifelong espresso addict, I was fortunate to stumble upon Holy Grounds when I had a brief work assignment in Elmira. The customer service was great —-staff were genuinely enthusiastic. My Macchiato was fantastic! Having to return to Elmira two weeks later I made sure to stop by Holy Grounds and was lucky enough to be be greeted by Tina, the owner who made me a master class Mocha Espresso perfection for my drive back to my hometown. Holy Grounds is beautifully designed and family owned. They selected a local coffee roaster from the region who makes some darn delicious coffee. Also a great selection of treats ..check out the beautiful Macarons! If you love artisanal coffee and find yourself in the Elmira area…make time for a pilgrimage to Holy Grounds!

This is a true mom and pop, there was a little girl helping her grandmom I think I heard her say, which is so sweet.
I got a hot coffee, and a mocha latte with froff along with huge chocolate chip cookies. Super friendly environment for being an out of towner. Felt super welcome with some seating also.

Very clean and welcoming space, has a community room of to the side. Christian music. Everyone friendly, chatty, which is nice. Selection of coffees for sale as well as other items to take home. I got a cup of coffee and a cherry pastry – yummy!

First off Tina is AMAZING!!! What an amazing soul. I’m a small business owner myself and if you love to support your local hard working entrepreneurs then please go and visit Holy Grounds because Tina knows how to service her clientele and treat them with love. The coffee was amazing and she supports other local small businesses by selling their goods for them as well. She also gave me a sample of this amazing tea that was so refreshing and hit the spot on my long journey up from NJ to visit my family in upstate NY. Will def be back!!

Visiting from out of town and googled coffee shops and found this one. It was excellent!!!! Coffee was outstanding and the atmosphere was great. Service and food were excellent!! Will definitely visit this shop whenever I’m in Horseheads to visit. Thanks again !!!!!
