Ate at Holy Cow and the meal was simple and fuss-free — nothing overly fancy, just a burger, fries and drink. Prices were reasonable, compared to other eateries in the area.

The restaurant had plenty of seating, making it easy to find a comfortable spot even during busy hours.

Appreciated the self-serve sauce bar — a nice touch that lets you customise your meal just the way you like it.

Meal was a casual, no-frills burger experience. Wouldn’t go there again as the burger was nothing special.

Burgers were tasty, no complaints on flavor. But for the price (even by Swiss standards), I expected the order to be right. Asked for the Smoking Holy Cowboy, got a smaller, average burger instead. No drama, but not exactly “gourmet” service. Not bad if you’re hungry and rich, but double-check your order.

Their beef patty is different than what I usually get around the world. However, it tastes delicious.
We tried the Big Beef & Satay beef, I liked the second more.
Service: 10/10 welcoming, polite, and quick.
Price: worth it (based on Geneva’s living cost)

We were quite disappointed with our visit.
The food was average and definitely not worth the price. We specifically asked for the kids’ meals without vegetables or sauces, but they arrived as regular dishes without any adjustments.
There was also an unpleasant damp smell in the restrooms and on the lower floor, which made it uncomfortable to sit there.
Overall, a disappointing experience.

Fun fast food. Great burger. The smoking holy cowboy is to die for! I took a few bites before taking the picture, it looked so yummy!
Directions: come out of the train station and it’s across the road by the Les Brassuers.

First time here at Holy Cow, and definitly will come again when I have the chance to visit Switzerland again.
The bugers were amazing, flavorful, and tasty (classic beef, funky chicken, bbq chicken and cheese). The fries, this is the best fries in the world. They have their own coke brand, which was tasty as well.
We did not wait long to get our order and enjoy our food.
The only thing that if the weather is nice, take advantage to sit outside. It’s very hot inside with no AC on.
Overall, worth every CHF and highly recommend it

Lovely burger experience! I had “the big beef”, I took the menu option which came with fries and a drink. The burger was cooked to perfection, juicy and flavorful, nestled in a soft sesame bun with fresh lettuce & caramelized onions. The fries were crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside—exactly how they should be. The meal was complemented by a tangy sauce that added just the right kick.

The atmosphere in the cafe was relaxed and welcoming, making it a great spot to unwind and enjoy a hearty meal. Service was prompt and friendly, ensuring that everything was just right.

Second time I visit Holy Cow when I visit Switzerland and I was not disappointed. The taste of the smoked beef patty was heavenly. The sauce and bacon makes a perfect combination. Service was superb as I didn’t have to wait too long. The weather was sunny so I opted to sit outside. I recommend burger lovers to try out this restaurant when they visit Geneva.

Yo, check it.
I stepped into the spot, yeah, Holy Cow,
Heard the gourmet hype, wanted flavor right now.
Swiss Alps on the menu, local beef in the stack,
But one bite in, and I’m ready to go back.
The bun was a desert, the patty was dry,
Looking at the price tag, a tear in my eye.
Twenty francs deep and the fries were all cold,
This “legendary” burger? Man, it’s getting old.
I wanted a masterpiece, a juicy delight,
Instead, I’m sitting here, losing my appetite.
Service was a ghost, and the table was tacky,
The whole experience? Honestly, pretty wacky.
So here’s the review, straight from the source,
Won’t be returning, staying far off the course.
High expectations fell right through the floor,
I’m walking out the lobby and I’m slamming the door.
Not one bit happy xx

I took the largest sized burger. It was larger, much larger than in the photo during ordering. Due to its size and the ingredients it was not possible to eat it like a burger as it fallen into pieces. So indeed a good burger. Very tasty. It would be good though to offer utensils (knife and fork) to help enjoying the consumption of it more. My hand was soaked on the juices and needed to grab meat alone also. Thanks.
