I am so delighted I spotted this “ma & pa” business.
Sadly, the USA is becoming ONLY corporations & franchises. The 2 young ladies “Samantha” & “Massie” that serviced me were incredibly smile-rifficly polite & professionally efficient.
I ordered the “Duck Tender Po Boy” because I never had duck before. I ordered it “dressed” because I learned that is Louisiana for “everything”.
The side condiment had a nice spicy bite to it.
I am so pleased I stopped here to support a “ma & pa” local business, PLUS I got so many “more smiles than I came in with” too – at no extra charge!
Now if anyone asks me if I ever had duck, I can say “yes I have!” (and it was “dressed” with smiles .

These people and food were awesome.
While evacuating for a Hurricane, we pulled up to this restaurant to finally eat. They were in the process of closing, but figuring we were traveling and exhausted, they offered to cook anything not fried, due to already shutting the fryers down in preparation to close. They were very sweet, thoughtful, and accommodating. The food of course was fresh, hot, and delicious. If you are reading this review, thank you both again. Since our night had some very rough spots after leaving, your food made sure our bellys weren’t hungry. You both were a ray of sunshine in a bleak day.

Yum!! Good burger!! Definitely will stop by again when passing through!! The bun on the burger is amazing. Would like to try one of the huge ice cream cones I kept seeing people get but was to full this time!!

Best hamburgers I’ve ever had, the buns are i guess you would call custom made, the meat real meat and pressed as its cooked and the fries are like pinwheel steak fries. Been several time love the place
