Decided I would hit up Holy BBQ today. Met Elvis the owner of the food truck. It was his initial event. He smokes with apple wood. I ordered the Brisket sandwich, Macaroni n cheese, coleslaw and baked beans. The Brisket was way too fatty with very little flavor. His homemade sauce was very tasty. All his sides were homemade. The coleslaw had a slight sweetness to it. Nice and crunchy though. The Mac and cheese was made with cheddar cheese and was nice and creamy. The baked beans had multiple types of beans in it. The sauce was super flavorful. Check them out if you get a chance.

Here’s a picture of the brisket sandwich that made it to my top 5 tasteless foods I have ever had. Almost like it was smoked then everything was washed off of it. Had I had my eyes closed, I could not have figured out what kind of meat I am eating. Owner was nice to try to get me some moist cuts, but even so, I gave up and threw it in the thrash after a few bites. Save your money.

The food truck came to our neighborhood. I had Pulled Pork, beans and fries. All were quite delicious! The beans were kind of plain, but still tasty. Really good sauces. I’d eat here again.

Food was absolutely delicious. The pulled chicken was tender, and spiced super well. Fries were crispy and slightly sweet. The dude was super friendly and loaded up all of our orders. Will be seeking out to eat again!

I’m sorry to say this but the brisket was disgusting!!full of fat, rubbery tasting. The meat had no flavor . I thought I could salvage it by seasoning and cooking it some more at home . I had to throw it away! The sauce is straight ketchup!. I would suggest to save your money .. or get a sample first and judge for yourself.

The owner yelled at us to move our car at the gas station because he wanted “the only diesel pump” when the pump right beside ours also says diesel on it. And everybody else in the gastation took our side.
