Not only is the cheesecake absolutely amazing, the prices are reasonable because they are good size pieces of cheesecake. The flavors are amazing as well. We have yet to come in and not find at least a few flavors we like. We almost always end up buying the sampler because we can’t decided on flavors. On top of all of that the staff is always super friendly. I have been lucky enough to speak with both the owners and they are also very friendly and willing to talk with you. The employees are awesome to deal with. Even though we can be complicated with our sampler they are still smiling and act like they are genuinely happy we are there. We will continue to come back for cheesecake. Would recommend 100%.

I thought I would order some desserts to be delivered because I was staying in for the week and wanted a treat. I ordered a bourbon ball (greatest one I’ve ever had) a cookie sandwich (also amazing) and a cream Horn that I can only describe as perfection. There’s a lot of bakeries out there… But if you want a BAKERY, this is the place. The quality, the taste, the freshness are unbeatable. Warning: don’t get one of everything in one sitting, the rich delicious goodness is almost too much to handle. I suggest going back again and again to discover savor each magnificent creation! 5 stars, 10/10, where have you been all my life? Have eaten dessert here twice. Excellent cheesecakes but they sell out fast! Even tried their candied yam cheesecake which I didn’t think it sounded appetizing but it was really delicious. They are very nice and friendly and come up with some different options so if you like to try different flavors I suggest you give them a try. Honestly I haven’t tried any other dessert here but if they are as good as the cheesecakes it’s sure worth the trip!!

Literally great find. The employee Josh was literally the friendliest, nicest, most customer centered person ive met in years. You could tell he actually took pride in working there and loves his job. The cheesecakes is fresh, everything made that day even the toppings, and boy the amount of flavors! On Wednesdays they do buy a slice get one half off. We tried the banana pudding and the creme brulee both are very tasty, no artifical taste and smooth. The slices are big too. Oh and they have bourbon balls, pb whiskey balls, and bread pudding too. As well as fresh eclairs, made right not a donut being called an eclair like most places.

What’s there to say when a place cant stock enough product to last more than 30 minutes after opening? Poor planning, poor execution, and the staff didnt seem to care.

I originally debated whether to post this review because of the timing of my visit, but ultimately decided to based on my observations. This response only justifies my choice. There is a difference between caring about your business and being rude/ dismissive to your customers. I do not feel it is inappropriate to be disappointed after driving a long distance to try an establishment only to find out they sold out of the majority of items in less than 30 minutes. It highlights that a business did not sufficiently plan for what should have been an obvious spike in business before a holiday. However, that did not bother me nearly as much as the staffs reacted to customers who were obviously disappointed. I observed multiple people who had called ahead and were told to come on in only to arrive and find there was no product. The stores reaction (again, less than 30 minutes after open)? “Well we had product then, but we don’t now, what do you want us to do about it?” Rude, flippant, and dismissive reactions, much like this response. At the end of the day, I don’t care how good your product is if you don’t treat your customers well. “Caring a lot” about your business does not justify being dismissive to customers who are justifiably upset. Learn to take feedback/ criticism and grow from it.

Our family hosted a dessert reception at Holston’s after my son-in-law’s college graduation. The hospitality and customer service were outstanding. Our guests were thrilled with the selection and everything was so delicious! Such a clean, friendly place to gather. Holston’s is a local treasure!
